They did an all around good job with the monitoring. Its not like we had a whole lot of instances where we could actually say they were excellent or not but they have always been able to answer all or any of our questions and keep us informed. They are also very professional and trustworthy. When we wanted to cancel for our own reasons they did drag a little bit and so what would have been top notch service gets a B.

We were extremely satisfied with their company. We feel very safe with them watching over our home. The people that we have had contact with have be very friendly to us, and we also feel that the price we pay is very much worth feeling safe in and away from our home.

We were very satisfied with this company. We have not had any problems with the people or with the system. I would recommend these guys to others. They have done an excellent job for us and their price is great, very competitive and extremely reasonable to us.

This occurred because of a lightening strike to our house, which even set the attic on fire. Unfortunately, ADT was not too responsive on this occasion. They had to redo some wiring and they took their time. They charge quarterly.

We had four break and enter's at our home and each time they got away with all of our stuff before the police showed up. To me it is pointless to pay someone to protect your house when they don t do it. I would not recommend this company to anyone else. After an experience like this I don t think anyone should use them.

I feel that ADT is a very dependable and trusting home monitoring system. We have had several false alarms in our kitchen and they were quick to call and respond to our alarm system. They did an excellent job with the installation as well. They covered all of our entry points and we feel really comfortable and safe using them.

Brinks monitors and responds to our home alarm system. They explained things very well when they installed it and we have had no false alarms. They are linked to our local fire and police departments. We are happy with their service.

We haven't had any real experiences to speak of as far as the alarm and monitoring system went. They have answered any and all of our questions when they came up. They were very polite and courteous at all times and we were certain that our home was in good hands with their monitoring.

I have been a happy customer since the first day my Brinks services began. They offer great prices for great service. I have not had any troubles of any sorts with the alarm or the people at Brinks. I am sure I will be using their services for a long time to come. I have no complaints at all. Their prices are even cheaper than some of the others. I used to have another company for my provider until I got wind of the cheaper prices here at Brinks.

When I used to use ADT s alarm services, I really had nothing to complain about. They provided good honest to goodness services. Unfortunately, they could not beat their competitor s prices so I had to switch companies. They really did nothing else wrong like I said I never had any problems. If their price would have lowered, I probably would use them again.

They come here a routine check on our home security system. This check is free and the system is under warranty for the first year. It makes me feel more comfortable knowing my home security is working properly. I would definitely recommend this company to others. The service workers are very professional and take the time to answer all of my questions.

I am really happy with this company. We have not had any problems with our system not even with false alarms so we don't have much contact with them. They did a nice job of installing our system and were also very friendly to deal with.

Unfortunately, I am stuck with the services at ADT if I wish to have alarm protection on my home. No other company will take me on because I have ADT s products. I also am not happy that they wait a full two minutes before even thinking of responding to my siren on the alarm system. If I can ever get someone else I will toss this company with out thinking twice.

I have been using ADT s services for about two years now and have been very satisfied with them. I think everything has been going fine. I am a believer in if it is not broke then do not fix it. Therefore, I have not requested any type of service checks of any kind. I would hire them again if I ever moved.

We have not had anything to complain about with their services and we got what we paid for. Our system worked great and they also did a nice job of explaining our system to us as they were installing it. We felt for the services they provided the prices were more than fair.

All in all it had been a pleasure and they have kept me pleased as a customer. I had a few questions and they answered them immediately regarding my system. I haven't run into a case where the alarm went off, but I still felt very certain they were doing a good job.

The technician who installed the system was very outgoing and was very good at explaining how the alarm works as well as what to do if it goes off for any reason. We knew some people had problems with false alarms in the beginning but we have not had that problem. The system is also monitored and tested from their central location to make sure it is operating properly.

They performed an okay job and they let me set a two-year monitoring contract, because I was retired and wouldn't need monitoring anymore after that. Although, most places try not to let you set up such a short contract, they put the wrong heat stat in the attic and it kept going off in the summer, but they came back out and corrected it for me.

They did an upright job of installing our system and they also explained how it worked. The lightening set it off once while we were on vacation and they called us and informed us that the police had checked out our home and everything was ok. They are very prompt and thorough. The one downside to this company is the extra services can by pretty high.

Brinks is another company that I have never experienced any troubles with. If I would need them to come and check out anything with the system they would, but, so far everything has been fine and I have not needed to call them for anything. They too are a company I would hire again.

I have had service with ADT for a while now and have never even heard the alarm activate. I am very pleased with my services and really do not have much I can tell you about. I know if I ever moved I would take my service with me. I feel safe and I am just content with them.

I am as happy as can be with ADT. I have never had any problems with my system in the entire six years that I have been using them. It never triggers, I never have burglaries and I never feel unsafe. I plan to keep using them for six more years and that is the best I can tell you. I do recommend them and I am sure that you would not be disappointed with them either.

ADT Security had given us an overwhelming sense of security. Their monitoring service had allowed us to keep that feeling. They have always been quick to respond to any false alarm. They came out each year to check every camera, motion sensor, and window and door alarm to make sure everything was working perfectly. They charge $75 quarterly for the monitoring.

We had them install the system when the home was new. They did a very good job of installing everything and of explaining everything. They had a very quick response time and were a extremely reputable company. We have been using them for a couple of years now.
