Overall - very well. Jose the technician was very friendly and knowledgable. Jose had another technician, Kevin, assist him. Both men started promptly and verified their work upon completion. Jose was very patient and thorough in training us to use the security systems and all features.

Overall the experience was good. Their local office was a great help and very friendly and organized, especially in comparison to other national companies with no local offices and only rude call centers. The first representative to come out for an estimate did an excellent job at explaining the system and providing only what i needed. He did forget to note one of the items that would be installed, which caused a bit of delay on the day of installation but it was fixed. The only problem I can report was the inconsiderateness and of the person installing the system as he left marks on the walls, ceiling, etc. and didn't clean up too much. He was not customer friendly and so brought down my overall experience with Brinks. So far so good as far as the service is concerned.

Equipment was free, but service contract is onerous. Consider your need for "safety" carefully before committing.

I have used Brinks at two different residences and have been very pleased with them. Their equipment has yet to fail, and they are responsive to customer needs.

The consultation and installation were both exceptional. Every employee is respectful, professional and friendly. They don't pressure you, but help you to make the right decisions. The installers took the time to make sure that components were installed in aesthetically pleasing places - lining the smoke sensor up with recessed lights for example. They were fast and respectful of my time and arrived as scheduled. The installers took time to teach me how to use the system (without making me feel stupid). The customer service, on the rare occasion that you need it, is top-notch. When I accidentally set off my alarm, the response time was immediate. Every single employee of Brinks consistently goes above and beyond for their customers. And above all that, the price of installation and the cost for monitoring are very affordable. I'd highly reccommend Brinks to anyone.

These men have done an excellent job for us. When we have contact with them, they are very friendly and polite and they have always been very helpful to us when we have a question about our system or our service with them. I cannot think of anything to complain about with them.

We felt secure having ADT in our home. We pay quarterly and I felt they were priced pretty fairly. We have never had them actually have anyone come out except when they did the initial installation. I believed that they would be there in case of an emergency. They had a pretty good reputation in home security.

ADT has provided the monitoring of our home alarm system for about two years now. We have had no false alarms, and they do not provide maintenance of the system. We feel very secure with them and are happy with their service.

ADT is a very reliable home monitoring system. We have had several false alarms. They were very responsive and quick to call and make sure everything was all right. $35 a month was right along the range of other home monitoring companies. They gave us that sense of security that elderly people need.

ADT maintains and monitors our alarm system. We have had no false alarms since the system was installed. They do not offer maintenance check ups. They are linked with the local fire and police departments, so they can contact them directly in case of an emergency though.

ADT has been an excellent home monitor for us. We have had several false alarms within the last year, and they were always quick to call us. The most memorable experience was dealing with the sales rep. Rory had explained all of the different types of monitoring systems, and she helped us pick out the best one for our home.

We do not experience any false alarms. They do check up on the alarm system if we have a problem and explain everything. Whenever we need them, they're always on it. They were great. I would hire them again. There were no problems whatsoever.

I have had no troubles at all with my alarm company. I have had a chance to see their response time, and you will get no complaints from me. They have even performed service checks on the system and will do so again if requested. I am a very satisfied customer and do not see myself leaving their companies services any time soon.

We used them once when there was a problem and their response time was good, and they called us to check up on us also. We had them install our system too, but I couldn t remember how much that was. We felt good having them and they had a good service I'd say.

ADT originally installed the system and monitored it until I found a cheaper company. Then it took six months to get them to stop sending me bills and when we talked to someone there, she was nasty and sarcastic.

They have done a pretty good job and we were thankful that we haven't had any emergencies. They have responded well to the accidental set off. I had a small technician problem and they walked me through the problem right over the phone. They had good customer service.

This was the third monitoring service I have used and this one was really nice to deal with. They encouraged their users to set their alarm off from time to time to just make sure they responded timely to it. That showed me they were doing their job and I can appreciate that. They also kept me under the same contract I had through the old service they bought out which was convenient.

I have not had any troubles of any sorts with the ADT company or their equipment. The alarm works just fine and has never been triggered in any wrong ways. They do not do any regular maintenance checks, but, will come out and service any thing that may be needed. I am happy to have found such great service providers and do not plan on leaving them.

Their system came installed with our new home so we used them, but I wouldn t recommend them to others. We had a couple of false alarms out here with the smoke and fire detectors, which their service was supposed to cover. I was afraid the house would burn to ashes before they got the fire department out here, judging by how slow they were to respond.

They did a very good job at keeping our home secure, and we enjoyed the service they provided us. We haven't had any alarms, but we were sure of their capabilities if it did happen. They were a very informative company and were always able to answer our questions.

In the case the alarm went off they responded immediately and that showed us they were doing their job for us. We felt very safe in their hands and when we needed to know something they got right back with us. They have lived up to all of the expectations and give us what we need for protection.
