It was great. They did the work on time and on the budget. They gave us an estimate and that's what we paid for. They did the job well. I don't have any complains and they are nice to work with.

Christain is the best! He came out at the end of the day to check on a toilet that was leaking in my home. I had family coming in for the weekend and I really needed this fixed pronto. and quot;No problem!and quot; I was told. He was at my home very soon after that call, assessed the leak and let me know of the issues BEFORE any work was done. I was really impressed by the fact that he told me about the rusted bolts, what it would take to fix the problem and then gave me an estimate of how much it would be before he started. He replaced all the faulty parts (redid the whole toilet basically) and we were good to go. Such a personable and nice guy. I will deffinantly be using him again and refering him to my friends and nieghbors. Thanks for saving my Labor day weekend Christian!

He came to the house without a helper and expected my wife to serve as his assistant. He explained that it lowered his costs that way. Fair enough; but not the preferred alternative in our opinion.

Originally Christian thought he would have to replumb the existing pipes but discovered the small leak close to the spigot. He repaired the leak and didn't charge as much as I had anticipated. Good job-very nice man.

I did get a return phone call right away. I was asked to text my address and he would be there at 9:30 next day. I texted the info, but did not hear anything else back. Next day, no one showed or called. At 9:50 I left for work. I received a phone call on the way, but said I had to go to work and that I would find someone else. He texted me later and said there is a 30 minute window on the appointment time. This was never discussed up front.

Christian at Adept Plumbing is by far the best plumber I have ever used. He always has come to the rescue on the same day I've called and works hard to find the best, most cost effective solution to the problem. He is honest, friendly and reliable. A rare find these days!

He knew his stuff and did a good job. I talked with him for a good amount of time and he explained everything.

I was unable to contact my regular plumber, and going through Angie's List I found Adept Plumbing in my area. I left a message on his answering machine about 3 p.m. and received a call back at 5 p.m. Christian stated that he could come the following noon or before, and he arrived about 11 a.m. I had purchased a new faucet , a Delta--which he approved of--and he removed the old faucet and spray, having to first remove the garbage disposal. After installing the new faucet and spray and replacing the disposal, he checked for leaks and found a small leak in the plastic drain pipe, which he repaired. He cleaned up everything when he had finished, and was very pleasant and courteous. I would definitely use him again.

Amateurs, beware: Don't order on the internet without checking with your plumber first.

Christian arrived on a Tuesday. But I had bought the wrong kitchen faucet so he had to return on a Thursday. So then I had him also replace a bathroom faucet. The cutoff knob broke off in his hand to he had to replace both og those too. He did a good job and really cleaned up after his work.

Christian was responsive to message left for service. He gave me an estimated time of arrival and was on time. He had the tools for the job and promptly made repairs.

Called on Monday, set appointment for Wed. Arrived early, fixed problem, price was fair. Will definitely use again.

Had tried unsuccessfully to contact two local plumbers. Then successfully contacted another regional plumber who wanted to charge me an additional $170 just for mileage to Driftwood. Resorted to Angie's List where I found contact information for Adept Plumbing. Contacted Christian via cellphone regarding a slab leak that had flooded my dining room over the weekend. Christian was tied up on another job at the moment but gave me the specific time he would be available to meet me at my home and asked for my contact information in the event he was delayed. He showed up at precisely the time he told me and IMMEDIATELY went to work diagnosing the problem. Once diagnosed, he worked very quickly and professionally in completing the necessary repairs. In addition to completing the repairs, he vacuumed the area around his work. Needless to say, I was impressed! He will definitely be getting my plumbing work from this point forward. VERY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE!

Called Adept Plumbing and he answered promptly and was very knowledgable about my specific situation. Set up an appointment for the next day and was there on time. Repaired the toliet and even went the extra step of tightening down other things while there which I had not requested at no charge. Gave me a printed itemized invoice at the time of service and cleaned up after repair. Would definitely use again and have referred him to my friends and neighbors.

He did the job in a timely manner and got us up in running. He is prompt and honest. He seems to have his equipment and tools along with him, so that he need not go back to get it. I have recommended him and many are pleased also. I will continue to use him in future.

After repeated problems with sewer backups, Christian came with his camera to get a visual on our sewer lines. He found the problem under the slab. We hired him to replace some of the plumbing under the house. He let us know up front just how much he would be able to do and that if once he got further under the house, if the job required additional excavation and a total sewer line replacement, he would probably recommend that the job be handed over to another company. He's a small company and likes it that way, hence, for a really large job, he probably would simply not have taken the job in the first place. He was very clear about this. We encouraged him to start the work anyway. As it turned out, the lines were a lot worse than what could be seen with the camera. So he did recommend another company. In short, another company did finish the job. Even though he knew up front that he might not be able to complete the job, it still really bothered him that he needed to turn it over to someone else because he always finishes what he starts. But I have to admire the man for knowing his limits. He busted his butt in that brutal August heat and we felt he earned every penny for the work that he did. We really appreciated his being forthright with us. We would not hesitate to use him again and have already recommended him to others.

Christian removed the old toilets and prepped the floors. He then installed the new toilets that I had purchased on line. He was professional and informative and completed the job within a much shorter time than the other larger Plumbing Company I had called. We were happy with his work and his friendly attitude. When he wasn't working or communicating with my husband and I he was whistling. It did turn out that my husband helped somewhat with the things that seemed like two man jobs to me. But when I asked what he would have done if my husband were unavailable, he said he could have done it alone, and only his back would have been unhappy about it. As it turns out the toilets that were sent to me were not the ones I ordered. The box was marked correctly but the toilets inside were a different model. I researched the cost of replacing the flushing mechanism and having Christian out to do the work. I sent the information in to the place I ordered them from, and they gave me a refund to cover the parts and labor. By then I was weary of toilets and we decided to just move on and keep the ones we have.

The problem was a broken water main line; corrosion had eaten a hole in the copper line. Christian found the hole and fixed it, also replacing the old valve at the same time, with supplies he had available.

Christian came by and took care of business. We we had water leaking through the floorboard near our downstairs bathroom, we knew it had to be the shower but weren't sure of the extent of the problem. Christian used process of elimination to figure out the problem and all the way through, explained what he was doing and why. Turns out that if/when the shower clogged it would leak through since people who installed the shower used ill-fitting parts (a whole other headache). So basically, the shower had an obstruction as did our bathroom sink. He did both for $160. As he walks out we tell him about a minor break in our drain line in our front yard and he said he could come back later and quoted $90 but said we could probably do it ourselves! He proceeds to make a shopping list and explains what needs to be done -- and that's what we did. What a remarkable dude! Taught us how to do it ourselves in a 15 minute crash course!

We had a slow leak in an exterior PVC pipe that led to a hose bib out by our dog kennel. Christian came out and dug down to the pipe, excavating a lot of heavy, wet mud to find the leak. It turned out the pipe junctions were jury-rigged with incorrect fittings and non pressure rated pipe. He replaced the pipe and joints, explained the problems and solutions, and made suggestions for repairs we could make to the hose bib. He was very good-natured, knowledgeable, professional and (very) hard-working. To his greater credit, when the pipe started leaking again five months later, he came out, dug it up again, fixed it again, and didn't charge for the work even when we discovered the joint failure was due to excessive pressure from our well. He even fixed the pressure gauge on the well and helped me figure out how to adjust the pressure to within limits. I am very glad I called him and will hire him again.

This is the third time I called Christian to help me out and he has always been professional and complete in the repairs he does. The main thing I like about him is that he is upfront about if it is worth repairing or if it is better to buy new. He always tries to repair first to minimize cost. He also gave good tips on how to make the garbage disposal, faucet etc. last longer.

The job was excellent. We have used them several times over the past seven years. He has saved us thousands of dollars. We got an estimate from one company, which was going to do all sorts of nonsense. He came in and fixed it for a couple hundred bucks. He has worked on getting our plumbing up to code. We kept having an issue with our kitchen drain, and he came up with a resolution, so that we don't have to keep having him come out. He is efficient and cost-effective.

See above, it didn't go anywhere, because I never heard from them. Found someone else.

Christian responded promptly and worked me into his schedule. He was professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and pleasant. The work was completed in less time than originally estimated. In addition to doing an excellent job, Christian also checked my water pressure to ensure that it was not too high and potentially damaging to water heaters and other plumbing.
