Went well. Arrived within 5 minutes of stated time. Personable and knows his stuff. Quickly identified that it wasn't a shower leak, but a slow leak from the toilet bowl which he fixed. Also ended up replacing O rings on the kitchen faucet and cleaned out the filter on bathroom faucet.

Christian quickly diagnosed the source -the toilet, and repaired it. The toilet was not installed properly and Christian had to spend some time removing and replacing someone's prior poor installation. He was thorough, explaining what he intended to do and why. When he was done, he made sure the floor and toilet base were clean before he left. I always trust his vast knowledge and experience and his solutions and have never been disappointed.

Christian called me early Monday morning, I texted him a picture of my old water heater so he could see what I needed. He was here by 1:00 pm Monday afternoon, the water heater was installed and I got a proper shower by 3:00 pm. Christian was professional, friendly and helpful. He responded promptly to calls and texts. Before his visit, he had us do a couple of measurements to ensure what we had purchased would fit properly, to avoid spending time or money unnecessarily. He was on-time and on-budget, and we would definitely use him again for our plumbing needs.

He was cheap. I had another plumber tell me they would have charged $2000 for it. I've used him for all my other houses and my brother uses him now. He's a really good guy. He doesn't over charge you or try to sell you on anything that you don't need. He's from France, and their training is completely different there. He just brings a different level of skills. He's a really interesting guy. They treat it almost like a science there.

Service was great. I was able to text a picture of the faucet to Christian and when he arrived (that same day - a few hours later) he had the exact part and completed the job in less than 15 minutes.

Called a few good plumbers and they were busy but I did not have time to wait. Called Christian at Adept and he had the time to bail me out. Gave me a ballpark range quote over the phone and I said fine let's do it as I did not have much of a choice. He came right away and fixed the problem. I'm very pleased with the response, the work performed and the price was reasonable. I had a plumbing emergency I can not fix. Definitely recommend him.

Adept Plumbing did a great job installing a new dishwasher for me. I was told by another plumber that some plumbing lines needed to be replaced due to what looked like corrosion, but Christian said the lines were in good condition, and what i was seeing was some harmless residue from using a water softener. Adept Plumbing was puctual, friendly, and charged a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend them and use again for my plumbing needs.

Prior to scheduling the appointment, he took time on the phone with me, asked a lot of questions about the job, had me send photos of the area in the garage where the new equipment was to be installed, and followed up with an estimate via email. He completed the work on time and on budget. He was efficient, focused, and professional. He also took time to help me source other high-quality plumbing fixtures, e.g., toilets, faucets, etc, at a good price. I would recommend him and will continue to use his services for all my plumbing needs.

Christian arrived on time and with a truck filled with plumbing supplies for any job. He was there to hook up the plumbing after our new countertop was installed. We had gone from a four inch faucet to an eight inch faucet which required a restructuring of the pipes beneath the sink. Christian got straight to work replacing the connections in the wall, which needed updating, and replaced the pea trap assembly. He also doubled checked the new faucet/ drain installation. We are very pleased with the work done and the efficiency and professionalism of Christian.

Christian pulled the toilet --saw that wax seal was leaking due to uneven floor--was patient in explaining exactly what caused the problem. -He did a very neat job--not trying to add any unnecessary charges. Would recommend him and use his services again

Christian was on time and is very knowledgable. He knew exactly how to fix the leak in our front yard pipe. I highly recommend him if you want an honest hard working plumber. He will do the job right!

It went really well. The pipe coming out of the ground had a leak and I was concerned that we would need to dig it out. But Christian found it was a different part so the price was cheaper. The whole job only took about 10 minutes. He also changed out the hose bib because he said it did sounded like it would go bad soon.

Overall, the job went extremely well. Christian took the time to fully explain the removal/installation process and address all of my concerns. He was very professional and helpful throughout the process. He took extra time to check for both water and propane leaks and assured us all connections were properly completed. In addition, he took time to clean up the worksite. All in all, we were very pleased. As Christian was about to depart, I made sure he knew how pleased we were and that we would definitely call on him in the future if we needed top notch plumbing services.

Christian diagnosed our mystery leak and clog problem that had been plaguing us for months. We attempted to solve this for quite a long time and he's the only one who was able to diagnose the problem accurately. He also tightened some loose faucet fixtures for us. He was on time and professional. He also helped find us a provider who could do the extensive repairs necessary to the floor, etc. It wasn't good news, but at least when you correctly diagnose the problem, that's the first step to solving it. The rest of the plumbers we used (Victory Plumbing) came out 3 times and gave us ridiculous and incorrect explanations for the leak. They never fixed it, never considered a tree root in the line, and didn't do anything but leave us with less in the bank. I'd highly recommend Christian. And by the way, if he suggests it, use the $250 camera - it's an extra charge but it's the only way this could have been diagnosed.

I called for service and spoke with Christain. He was able to come out the very next day to work on my sink. I needed to have a new faucet, handles and garbage disposal installed. He arrived within the designated time. He was friendly and professional. He ran into a problem with my faucet during installation, but was able to come up with a solution that worked. Overall, I was very pleased with the work done and would definitely recommend his services.

Christian responded quickly to my phone call and arranged an afternoon appointment, since I had to drive in from out of town. This was a small bathroom with a tight toilet space, so the work was difficult. Christian did an excellent job and thoroughly explained each step of the process. Unfortunately, on the following morning, I discovered that the water line from the wall had a very slow leak. I telephoned Christian that morning and he came out immediately to fix the problem at no charge. It turned out that the nut on the new water line just needed a little extra tightening, so he was very apologetic, but explained that he didn't want to overtighten the nut because there was some risk of damaging the line in doing so. The toilet is working great now and the new parts should last for many years.
