Description of Work: Replaced springs on garage door. I was locked in as my car was in garage and I couldn't open the door, even manually. It was late at night and Scott was more than happy to drive from Leander to Austin to do the repair. It was late but he was pleasant and said 'it's okay. He was actually happy to be able to help me! I would love to see a few other businesses mimic this organization for customer service. There are still a few out there - thank God! Life is stressful enough without receiving mediocre service~
