Our garage door doesn't always stay shut and squeaks something awful. They did a free evaluation and reported that 3/4's of the mechanisms were broken. We ordered a new door from them but put a hold order on it until we can budget for it. When we're ready, we can just call them to order and install it. They were very prompt in their response and pleasant to deal with.

I think that it was way above expectations. It was somewhat of an emergency and they fixed it immediately. What helped me a lot with them was, they spoke English.

Very unprofessional service man kept trying to upsell and get me to tell him how much I was willing to pay since I was clearly in a bind. Basically, he said that I could pay or try to find someone else to come out that same day. He only changed a single spring without looking @ any other parts of the door since everything had an extra charge including a small o-ring. He asked to use my bathroom which made me more uncomfortable. When I called the manager later about the cost and the behavior of his tech, he just said that they never claimed to be the cheapest in town and that he would talk to his tech about not using the restrooms in clients' homes. I would never use this company again and makes me doubt the validity of Angie's List.

They did a great job. They fixed it very promptly, very well. The pricing was very fair. I was very pleased. I've used them two or three times. Aside from the fact that they showed up when they said they were going to show up, they explained what they were doing and then they did what they were going to do.

The person who called the day before the scheduled visit was rude to me on the phone. The person who came for the installation had a very unfriendly edge. Unfortunately, before the invoice was prepared, I forgot to give him the $55 Angie's List coupon. When I brought it to his truck, he looked at it and told me it was for repairs only, not a new install. Nowhere is this specified in the coupon, which indicates "any service".

I was not very impressed with their service. They have a coupon on Angie's List and then they charged me a lot of money for a replacement part. They said that the call and installation were $30, but the part is $150 and that part on Amazon is like $20, so they just charged way too much. On top of that, I tried to get them to honor the Angie's List coupon they had on there, and he got so pissed off at me because he had already given me the price. I wanted to apply the coupon and he didn't want to take it. He wanted $180 and I told them they needed to honor their coupon. If you don't want to honor it, then don't have it listed on Angie's List. He said I'd have to pay the $30 service fee for coming out. I needed to get the garage door fixed. So I ended up giving him $150. They shouldn't have given me a bunch of grief about honoring their coupon. They shouldn't have it if they are not going to honor it.

They were fine. It took a short period of time. The area was clean.

It was professional, responsive, reasonable prices and good service.

Service was excellent from start to finish. Courteous and responsive and scheduled an appointment for the same day. Explained what the problem was and recommended how to keep it in good working order. I was impressed and recommend them.

He was professional but the garage doors started having some problems now & I had to call them back. He suggested an extra steel bar to go across. I open and close it a lot because I work from home. I use mine quite a bit. I pressed a button and the garage door started going up & it started going all the way up and I started backing out and I brushed it. It damaged my car. All he did was place some bracing on it and changed the wheels. He said if I have any problems I call.

It went well. The price was a little steep for a spring, but we didn't know how to fix it ourselves. They were good, it still works.

They replaced both springs, the broken one under their parts warranty and the second one upon their recommendation.

I asked for an estimate to repair a broken lock on a garage door. They called me with the estimate and offered to sale me a remote for the Liftmaster. They said the remote I had already purchased was the wrong type and could not be programmed. I have a tenant in the property and they needed a second remote. I agreed to the 322.00 fee though I felt it was inflated. I was told I had to provide a credit card before they did the work. I do not believe I should have been asked for full payment before the work was performed. When I spoke to the manager later to voice my concerns, he said they usually require a "deposit" up front. I also explained to him that my tenant was able to program the original remote I ordered on Amazon for half of what Action charged and I was sold one by this company unnecessarily. He offered me a 10% credit that I have never received.

Side springs broke on 18 year old garage door. Met installer at my house at agreed upon time. Installer explained what needed to be done, we agreed on project to replace extension springs with a torsion spring along the front wall. He got to work and 45 minutes later the door works better than before it broke. Good job.

they were great. I was told they would be at the house between 5-630 pm. Around 545pm they called and said they would be at the house closer to 630pm and they were! They started work right away. Asked what was wrong, went over that, then they described what could be done and gave an estimate. Occurred with everything. Completed the job, price stayed the same and the garage doors are workin great. This is the 2nd time we have used them. The last time was in 2005! We will use them again!!

It was a great experience and I would use them again. They were right on time and their prices were reasonable. They came out right away -- within a few hours -- which was wonderful because we were about to go out of town.

They did a fine job. The price seemed a little higher than I expected, but they did good work and it's held up fine since then. They finished the repairs in less than an hour and the clean-up was fine.

My experience was fairly good. It was $400 apiece. I was fairly satisfied. We had a lightning strike so all of the garage door units were fried so they came out and replaced one. Then they were supposed to replace the second, essentially they forgot about it. So I had to call them. I called them and few weeks later they came out to replace the second. They kind of forgot about us. Overall, I think they did a great job. I think they just have problems scheduling. Their field guys were great. On price, I don’t really have much to compare it with but I think they are reasonable. I would use them again.

My experience with them was very good. The first company came out and tried to sell me a new door, but this guy said that the door was very good and they do not make them like that anymore. He talked me out of buying a new door and just repairing the spring. He tested it for us. He just walked us through what he was doing. I just like his approach. The work is beautiful. It is very good. I would absolutely recommend their services to a friend or family member.

It was very pleasant. The service was great. It went as expected. The guys name is Scott, and he has worked for me before. I can always rely on him.

installer was very informative, but please know what you are talking about and don't sell a model with a feature that does not come with it. I was told that the 8355 ha the ability to connect my phone to it with out having to buy another clicker (already bought 3). Just found out that i would need to spend another $50 to buy another device that connects to my internet router in my house and then Incan use the MYQ option. "I don't know, let me call about that"is better that me finding out after the install is done and you have left. Yes i will use them again but I will answer my own questions before asking the tech.

Arrived on time. Very informative and demonstrated expert install skills. He knows what he was doing. He tore down and replaced everything without blinking an eye or breaking a sweat. The replacement unit parts are cheaper looking than my 30 year old heavy duty looking parts but the system has worked without any flaws...every time. Very quiet too. The service man told me how to care for the system and gave me great tips to prevent thieves from entering through locked/closed garage doors. The price was not the big deal it was advertised to be but I got a little more than what a paid for.
