I was very satisfied. They seem well organized and took the proper safety precautions.

We don’t have any complaints against them. They have come very quickly each time we needed them and they often come on the same day we call them.

They were a rip off. I could have gotten it done for less than $200.00, but we were in a hurry and didn’t have a choice.

The spring on the garage door snapped. Called this provider and within 2 hours he was out and made the repair. Would definately recommend him.

They were great. I am very pleased. They gave a quality service. The repairman was really salient that there was really no point in trying to repair the existing unit so I ordered a replacement. He did a decent sales pitch without being high pressure about it. I chose to replace it because it seemed like a reasonable option at an attractive enough price.

One of the two torsion springs broke on our garage door (about 11 years old). I called Action Garage Door Repair at around 11am on a Sunday. Scott showed up around 1pm. I had 10,000 cycle, 2" diameter by 22" springs for a 164 lb door (according to Scott). He recommended zinc springs, which were rated for 15,000 cycles and came with lifetime warranty. He also recommended neoprene rollers ($132 for 10) to replace the worn out rollers that I had. Wanting to minimize my chance of having to deal with future problems, I went with his recommendations. Scott was really great about answering all of my questions about garage doors and garage door maintenance. He was done in about an hour. I was very happy that the job was completed quickly and over the weekend. Since I was in a hurry to get it done, I really didn't have a chance to compare prices. I know that Action got a good review on Angie's list and that was the main reason that I went with them. My total came out to be $573, which included a $50 emergency fee ( for coming out during the weekend) on top of the $125 for labor and the application of a coupon.

Used Action Doors on two occasions. Both times with garage doors repairs. Outstanding customer service and always on time which is a rarity in today's world. Shane, the technician, is always professional and skilled not only focusing on the current repair but also areas to watch for future reference. Great company. Little high price wise but you get what you pay for. Highly recommend.

Went very well overall. I could be one of those suckers, but what the tech said seemed reasonable about using their equipment vs what you get at sears. The rail that runs the for instance is a single piece on what they installed and it was held together with bolts on the one I bought from sears. Again, not sure if the single piece is worth the upcharge, but I did it.

The service tech, Scott, was very friendly and willing to examine and assess the situation before installing. He asked us to verify if the location was correct before installation. He willingly installed an extra piece of new stripping we had purchased from Home Depot to the overhead location, when there had not been a section in that location. This left the curb appearance much more finished. The fees were as quoted, and although expensive, the door is no longer sticking (which will eventually destroy the motor in the garage door opener). We expect the service charge (35.00) and the cost of the materials (78.seems hefty) , but the labor charges were $69., which seems high for the type of work performed.

Technician was very pleasant and on time. Thought it was a bit expensive seeing as there were no parts. He lubed the door and gave advice about maintenance which was good. Door works great.
