Incompetent at best, deceptive at worst. Did not complete the job, tried to double charge for services and tried to upsell us on an unnecessary overhaul of the entire house. The two initial plumbers were pleasant and professional. They did a diagnostic test of our gas lines and determined there was a leak. Understandably in an older home, locating the leak was difficult. We accepted that we were paying for the time and labor it took to locate the leak and that they might not be entirely successful in finding it, but this did not excuse the deceptive practices that followed. The plumbers located a leak and fixed it. It took them longer, so the charges were higher than what they originally estimated. Nevertheless, when they left, they said the leak had been fixed and that the diagnostic test showed the problem had been solved and the gas lines were holding pressure properly. It was only the next day, after the city inspector arrived to check their work, that we discovered that they had failed to leave the diagnostic gauge attached to the meter for the inspector. When we called them to ask why the gauge had not been left in place, they hesitated, delayed in calling us back and then sent their "master plumber," who told us without even looking at the house that his job was to resolve "problem cases" (this, despite the first crew's assurance that there no longer was a problem when they left the house). He further said that he recommended installing an entirely new gas line system in "houses this age," again without yet looking at the house. We found it odd that the first crew had said the problem had been fixed, but the second plumber arrived knowing in advance that there was a "problem." My conclusion was that the first crew did not leave the gauge in place because they knew they had been unable to fix the leak, despite their telling me otherwise. The master plumber then performed the same diagnostic test as the first crew and attempted to charge me for it a second time (after calling the company a few days later they did agree to drop those second charges). The new test revealed that there still was a leak, confirming his self-fulfilling prophecy about there still being a problem with our gas lines. The master plumber was reluctant to search for the leak, said he would charge extra to go into the attic and again recommended installing all new plumbing throughout the house. We then contacted a different company whose plumber ran the same diagnostic and within ten minutes located the leak in the attic, less than a foot from the attic opening, at no additional charge. They performed a thorough search of the house, charged us less for the same services, and left the pressure gauge properly attached to the gas meter for the inspector to see. A note on invoicing: they gave an "estimate" in very rough figures, which they asked me to sign, and then upped the final price with no itemization of parts and labor--a bit shady, I think.

I did get very prompt service. Same day estimate within 1 hour. After that, it all went down. I am female and am not versed in installing a water heater. The installers stated what they were going to do and how and then how much. He looked at me like I should question him, but I didn't know if it was right or not. Looked good to me. They underestimated the time to install it (on next day) by 3 hours. Told me 1 hour, but it lasted ALL morning. They left me with a bill, but it was not itemized. My husband looked at the bill and tried to call the company. We both tried to get resolution on why the cost was so high and why they did not talk to us about the type of water heater. It was the lowest efficiency. We would have upgraded if we had known. Calling back multiple times and getting the run around. TERRIBLE customer service. No talk of resolution, just excuses, and we are still waiting on a city inspector 3 months later. We were too trusting with our lack of knowledge.

My entire experience with them was a disaster. They dug all of these holes and never even found the leak. Then they drilled holes in our house even though we told them that the leak was not in the there. They didn t fix anything and they never found the leak. After hiring another company, we found out that AAA Auger was only 6 inches away from it. I guess they just didn't dig far enough before giving up and digging elsewhere. They ended up bending the handle on the shut off valve so it leaked. I would not ever recommend them to anyone ever. I am not happy with them and had to pay someone else to come and do the job after I had paid them.

I called AAA Auger to get a plumber, & reserved one for 1st thing the next morning. The dispatcher told me that he should have been able to come out by 8:00 am, but he didn't arrive until about 9:00 am. The plumber got right to work, looking for the source of the leak. This was a pretty painstaking process, requiring a lot of trial & error, but he was very persistent. About an hour and a half later, he found the source of the leak, a pin-sized hole next to the furnace. It took him only 20 minutes to fix the leak. He then called the gas company to confirm whether or not a city inspection would be required. The city came out to inspect & it passed. The gas company was out the same night & was able to connect the service w/ no issues. The plumber came back the next morning to pick up his tools & collect payment.

The ad claims fast service, within an hour. They couldn't schedule me until 2 days later at noon. They called at noon but didn't know what time he could be here. He called again at 3, stating that someone could be here in 20 minutes. At that point, I had other commitments and asked about the next day. I was told they were booked! I said forget it.

I called at night for 24 hour line, was told plumber couldn't make it until next day. When he arrived, he over-quoted for close to $400. Wife accepted charges, and plumber repaired leak with $10 part. He didn't have to dig out the pipe or even replace the dirt. I called to complain about price and work done - refunded 1/2 price paid within the week.

I called in an emergency because I had a pipe break. AAA Auger promised to have someone to my house within 30 minutes. They were there in 15 and had the broken pipe fixed in less than a half hour. The price was reasonable and the service amazingly quick. I will use them again.

I called ahead of time (24 hr notice) to schedule an appt, the next day, the plumbers weren't available until 3-4 more hrs. However, once I was notified they were coming, the rep was courteous and fixed the problem in 5 mins. Original bill was $98.50, but I cut out a coupon from the phone book for $10, so I paid $88.50. Rather high I think for a 5 minute job and the part was only $1.50 that was needed.

AAA did a good job and everything went accordingly. I have used them for other things a few times and have always been pleased. Overtime, I started to realize that they are good workers and deserve an applause by all. I am happy with them and would not change their services for the world.

I'm not really sure he needed to fix the supply line, however, he got it working. They provided same day service, which was nice and said on the phone that they only send licensed plumbers out and that gave me reassurance. The problem was fixed to my satisfaction, however, it was a little expensive for the work he did. We just used him once so far, but he was helpful.

They did a nice job on our sewer system. I felt they were very dependable and offered us a fair for the work that they did. They came out the same day that I called them. They didn't leave a mess and they also gave us a 90-day warranty on the work that they did. I have used them approximately ten times in the past and I have been happy with their work.

The workers were very quick to get the job done. Sometimes they tend to overcharge especially if you want the job done very fast. The workers are professional and friendly. I would call them again if I needed something done in a quality manner. I am always happy with the results of their work.

THE PLUMBER CAME AT THE TIME HE WAS DUE TO BE HERE, HE DID AN ALRIGHT JOB. I THINK HE COULD HAVE DONE A BETTER JOB OF CLEANING UP AFTER HIMSELF.
