Excellent. Journeyman plumber Harold W. was able to repair our 25-year old faucets with great skill and determination, and restore functionality in our sink turn-off valves which had frozen in place. His resourcefulness was particularly appreciated because two other plumbers had estimated the job would cost thousands of dollars to go through the wall and buy all new fixtures for the bathroom.

It went really well. Bryan showed up on a Saturday afternoon with no extra charge. He really worked **** ** getting the toilet unplugged. Then he had to reseal the drain cover after he checked on the shower.

They came out to a rental property in the Texas Hill Country in the evening on Thanksgiving. We needed emergency plumbing work done and they could not have been nicer. Eric and Gabriel could not have been nicer or more professional. They were our heroes and now we will always use them. THANK YOU!

Plumber came within several hours of call to central office on a Sunday. Analyzed the situation with my input. Checked possibly affected ceilings and cabinets for any damage. Outlined possible next steps and gave me a quote for initial service which I approved. Replaced supply line to toilet. Put down paper towels to make sure no further leaks. I will wait 24 hours to use toilet and observe for any further leaking at that point. If needed, will call AAA Auger back and go to next step of lifting out toilet bowl and resealing underneath. The plumber was professional and helpful throughout.

The first plumber from another company quoted me 395.00 which seemed a little high so I called AAA to get a quote. The guy Johnny looked at it and said 267.00 to fix it. The part was still under parts warranty so I got a break on that. The plumber was excellent and honest. The dispatcher i think his name was David and he was in touch with me several times today, very helpful. These are outstanding employees that go the extra mile and should be acknowledged.

Worker was thorough and on time. Filed insurance claim and currently waiting for repair.

Overall went well. Sent someone out the morning after Thanksgiving. That plumber was here for about an hour but ultimately became ill and had to leave the job. They sent their next plumber available to our house (took another hour or sfor one to become available). He ended up Clearing out the pipe from a secondary pipe due to the way our kitchen island was plumbed. After all that, 2 plumbers, 2-3 hours on the job, and a more difficult problem than originally anticipated, they still only charged me the amount they initially quoted me. Overall I was pleased.

It all started with Shannon answering the phone and it was the most pleasant and professional voice. Her upbeat positive handling of our needs got the ball rolling for one of the most pleasant experiences we have encountered. Darrell arrived at our house within an hour of calling to schedule and it just got better from there. Darrell diagnosed the problem rather quickly and got right to work. I know plumbers get tired but Darrell had a smile on his face the entire time and that made all the difference in the world. The price was great and ..... shhhhh!!! (I would have paid more just for the positive attitude). Truly a wonderful experience and the topper..... they care about people!. They discounted their service if we gave canned goods for the food bank. This company is a class act and I will use them for all my future plumbing needs.

This kind of review is a pleasure to write. I was changing the filters for the RO filter system in my kitchen when one of the valves broke and my kitchen began to flood. I was hugely frustrated, almost hysterical. AAA Auger was one of the few plumbers readily accessible on a Sunday (others give you an answering machine and let you wait for a response - not optimal when your kitchen is flooding). Someone named Larry dealt with my frustration and histrionics in a sympathetic and professional way. He said someone would be at my house within 15 minutes. Darrell showed up in 12 (think Winston Wolf). Darrell walked me through exactly what the problem was and what need to be done to fix it. He was friendly, courteous and professional. He was in my home for a couple hours and the valves I ended up with are much better than the ones he replaced. Perhaps best of all, I wasn't gouged. It would have been very easy for Darrell to take advantage of my situation (especially in the context of an emergency call on a Sunday), but he did good work at a fair price. I would use AAA Auger again (and recommend them) without the slightest hesitation.

We own an older home and the main drain is located in the bathroom near the toilet. Mr. Chad Parsons from AAA Plumbing was great! We were told that they would be available in an hour but he showed up in 30 minutes after the initial call was made. He located the problem and immediately unclogged the tub (the culprit) and fixed the cover to the main drain. He was very professional and knew exactly what to do. He also gave us advice on how to keep the drains clear. I am planning to renovate my bathroom later this year and gut the entire room. I would like to have this main drain on the side of the house instead of the bathroom floor. I plan on calling AAA Auger to give me an estimate and do the work. I would highly recommend AAA Auger Plumbing Services for a job well done especially since all this occurred after 6:00 PM where all other companies are closed and asked me to leave a voice mail message. AAA Auger sent out Jose, who arrived EARLIER than scheduled (and the dispatcher called to ask if that was OK). Jose stayed 30 mins diagnosing the problem, and even waited 30 mins as he sent me to Home Depot to get a piece that he recommended to brace the electric line to the disposal. Jose inspected my plumbing and wiring and determined that it was all fine, and diagnosed that I had an electrical issue requiring an electrician. Jose refused to charge me, saying that he didn't do anything, which isn't correct, since he confirmed my installation, plumbing, and wiring! If I had cash I would have handed him SOMETHING for the valuable advise and diagnosis! But we have used this outfit a few times before over the years, including for a very big job that involved digging a trench through the concrete driveway and running a new main sewer line. So these guys have made some well deserved money from us over the years, and they are the only plumbers that we will use. What a great experiance. My brother has also used them for his pumbing needs, and shares the same experiance: they always have a human answering the phone, and that dispatchers -- Manuel, today (and another guy when I called back to compliement Jose) -- are friendly ,competent, and employ a great system to communicate to the customer when the service pro will arrive.

This was my third time to use AAA Auger. My plumber this time was Darrell. He was on time, very nice, professional and knowledgeable. We talked a bit about the layout of the house and he made note of the location of water lines, area of leak and inspected meter. Told me what he was going to do and how much the initial cost for identifying the problem would be. I agreed. In a short time he had located the problem and then told me how much it would cost to repair. I was relieved to find it was not more serious. A second plumber in training, Paul showed up shortly there after and performed the task of fixing leak. Put soil back in place when finished and left area neat. I remembered him from a similar problem we had last Christmas Eve. Nice young man who had been to my house before with another plumber. Very impressed with this company and their employees. I will ask for Darrell and Paul in the future...great working with you guys! Stephen was our plumber and he did an excellent job. AAA Auger installed a tankless water heater last year and it needed some adjustments. Stephen made all corrections, kept me in the loop, contacted master plumbers and tech support whenever he needed advise or confirmation, and made all other repairs on the inspection report. Since they installed the tankless, all fixes to it were done at no cost and this was the bulk of the repairs/adjustments. I was very pleased with Stephen's work and would not hesitate to contact AAA Auger for continued service. I have used AAA Auger since moving to Austin in 2010 and have always been pleased with their work, especially when it's coming out at 11pm to fix an issue at no extra charge.

Stephen with AAA Auger provided a free estimate to fix a leaking kitchen faucet, a leaking shower head in the master bath, and a shower on/off handle in the second bathroom. Stephen quoted a price of $387.50 plus parts. Although AAA Auger has done work for me before and I was pleased with the outcome, I got another estimate because the price seemed high. I selected a highly-rated plumbing service that received a 2014 Angie?s List super service award. Their quoted price was substantially lower ($333, which included parts and a 10% senior discount). I had them do the work, and my problems have been resolved.

Inspected wet dry wall in bathroom next to the sink. Went to the AC drain line and found that the drain line PVC connections had come apart causing the condensation to drip down the drain line into the bath room and on to the dry wall. Repaired drain line and re wrapped drain line with foam Insulation. AAA Auger sent and repair technician out to the house in a very short amount of time after calling them. The operator who took the call was very helpful and the technician sent out was very helpful and found the problem in very shot amount of time. Everyone was very professional and courteous. I would like to thank everyone at AAA Auger for there help and would hire them again if another problem comes up. Thank you

Provided a clear quote, job went a little easier than expected so was able to shave off a few dollars in the end. On time, cleaned up after themselves. Would use again.

We had just gotten granite countertops the day before (Friday). AAA Auger came on a Saturday to connect my new faucet and new sink. The plumber worked for several hours. He set the drains in the new sink and connected my new faucet. He had to shorten the existing pipes under the sink, replace one pipe and replace our very rusty, old disposal. We weren't aware that our disposal needed to be replaced, but it obviously did. He had a new one in his truck - one that we had seen at Home Depot a week before - and he charged us the same price that Home Depot charged. In addition, his manager gave us a discount for these services and it brought down our final bill considerably. A special note: AAA Auger came to my house about a month before this to repair a broken bathtub faucet. The faucet had broken at 10 pm on a Monday night. The water wouldn't turn off and I had to turn the water off at the street. I called another plumbing company that night. That company said they would come the next morning. They didn't show up and didn't call. I called them twice and no plumbers were available. In desparation, I called AAA Auger. AAA Auger sent a plumber within an hour - and the faucet was repaired and water restored almost immediately. The plumber charged me nothing! They earned a loyal customer that day. So when I needed a plumber for my kitchen, AAA Auger was my first and only choice!!!!

The guy who came out did an awesome job! There was water pouring out of the base of my toilet (it stopped before they got here, thank goodness!). When I called them, they just happened to have someone available! He came out promptly and couldn't find anything wrong (Isn't that how it always goes??)! So he took my toilet off, replaced the wax ring, and checked for a clog. Very friendly and very fast!

I was very pleased with the clear diagnosis and the plumber's willingness to answer all of my questions. Cannot believe I was not charged a service fee. What a great way to make customers happy!

It took longer than I expected but I was pleased with the resolution

Despite it being Mother's Day, the technician arrived on time and quickly cleared the clog. He also instructed me how to drain the sink from the outside and save myself from having to clean a really big mess in my kitchen should another clog occur. Top notch service!

I tried to replace a broken shut off valve at my toilet, but was unsuccessful because I couldn't get the compression ring off. My situation was not an emergency, but I wanted to get it fixed over the weekend so I wouldn't have to miss work during the week. I called AAA Auger around 10pm on a Fri night, and a plumber was at my house around 7 am the next morning. I was happy to see that the plumber was Darrell, who had received stellar reviews from other Angie's List members. Darrell is terrific. He identified the problem right away. I knew that another one of my shut off valves was already broken, so I decided to have him change out all of them throughout the house. I had already purchased some - but not all - parts from Home Depot, and he agreed to use them to save me some money. He worked quickly and carefully, and left everything spotless. He fixed two problems I had been having with my outside hose bibbs, checked my water pressure to be sure it was within the correct range, replaced a shower head that wasn't working well, made sure all my toilets flushed properly, and gave me advice on how to fix some small issues myself (changing out 20 yr old hoses on my washing machine, for example). No one ever wants to spend several hundred dollars on plumbing repairs. But, to me, it was worth it to have peace of mind that the job was done right and to not have to do it myself. From that perspective I thought the price was definitely fair. I would not hesitate to use this company again, and will ask for Darrell by name.

I have used them several times. They charge around $80 an hour. They don't stick straight to the book. At the same time that they worked on my sink, I had a problem with one of my faucet, and the company that I bought it from, had a lifetime warranty on it, and I didn't know it. They told me that, and they called them, and was telling them about it, and they sent the repair parts to them, so they could come back out to fix it. They have suggestions and they say lets try this, or they could do this and this to save you money. Their quality is excellent. They are very good at responsiveness, they will get someone out the same day. They don't charge to come out on weekends, at night, or over the weekends. I would use them again, and I would recommend them.

I contacted AAA Auger on Friday evening and at about 2:00 p.m. on Saturday Clayton showed up to check out the problem. Once he knew he had to use his machine to clear the line, he stated what the cost would be. He honored the Angie's list coupon. Clayton had to squeeze under the sink for the relief valve to run the electronic snake. It took about 45 minutes of running the snake before the water was running out freely. Clayton was very knowledgeable and professional.
