Description of Work: My water heater was not heating. He found our heater coils needed to be replaced. All went well. He was on time, completed the job efficiently and quickly. I plan to use them again if plumbing help is needed.

They got it cleared and double-checked to make sure it wasn't backing up again. I would use them again. In fact, I found them on Angie's List a few years ago when I needed an outdoor faucet replaced.

Description of Work: Worked 4 hrs 1st day & could not find 44,000 gallon water leak down 4 feet. Next day spent 8 hrs. to find & fix leak, with owner helping them to find the leak. No surface water; copper & PVC pipes became disconnected.

Description of Work: They fixed a leaking toilet valve and proceeded totell me I needed to spend $6000 to have the drain at the street (city responsibility) dug out and neede to have two more floors dug up to repair joints. I had to pay another plumber to verify that none of the digging in the house was necessary and the city had to fix the pipe out front.

They have also provided no cost estimates for other jobs. They are a bit pricey but are thorough professionals: punctual, courteous, knowledgeable and have had good results. In one job, when one plumber did not know everything he called in one of their master plumbers who helped out. They evaluate first and them provide a quote(s) which they honor. Description of Work: Located a water leak under my concrete porch. After determining the exact location of the leak, the plumber cut through the concrete and repaired the pipe. It was just a few days before Christmas, I was expecting company for the holidays, and other plumbers would not respond. AAA Auger came the next day after my phone call. I'm very satisfied with the work.

Description of Work: We had a large water leak coming from a main valve in our front yard. I called the service and a plumber arrived as scheduled 30 minutes later. Miguel was very professional, assessed the leak and determined it was from our sprinkler system. Miguel gave us a quote and did not charge us to come out. He refused the tip my husband offered him. He said its part of the company service. We will definitely call this company when we need plumbing services.

Description of Work: Were able to work me in same day I called, after telling me it might be next day before they could be out. Both toilets stopped up. Finally, using a camera down one of the sewer roof vents, found a plastic drink bottle stuffed in the vent pipe. All is OK now. Very courteous.
