Description of Work: Anthony came to our house and took lots of measurement and asked many questions. He said that he wanted to bring his HVAC guy by later in the week to see our attic space. I said that I would wait for his call. I waited for a month for our design before I sent an email. They hadn't done the design yet - they had forgotten to do it. I asked for the design again a week later - it still wasn't done, but they sent me a quote - on a design that still doesn't exist! I am about ready to ask for my money back.

Description of Work: I had a list of "jobs" that I wanted done, so I had everything ready (i.e. hardware, light fixture, boards for shelving etc.) My jobs list included replacing the ceiling light in our master bedroom, replacing the hardware on our stair railing and rehanging the railing, hanging a mirror in a bedroom, and adding shelving to master closet. Kevin was on time, professional & personable. He completed the jobs in a timely manner and even had time to give me some advice on future jobs that I will definitely contact A+ to have done. Hopefully, they will send Kevin my way again! I would definitely recommend this company to others.

Description of Work: This was a big deal. The company was easy to deal with, and the technician was on time, professional, and did the job. I had him replace 4 outlets in the kitchen and bathroom and asked him a couple of other questions I had about electrical issues in my home. When it comes to electricity, I am pretty much ignorant, so I have to refer to a professional. It all went well!

Description of Work: They did a maintenance on the fence and the gate and install 6 pickets.

Description of Work: I scheduled my initial appointment with them a week or so in advance and rearranged my business schedule to accommodate the date. On the same morning of the appointment, I received a call to inform me that the assigned electrician would not be coming in that day and a new date was scheduled. A whole day blown on my end of thing. On the next appointment day, again, the technician was a 'no show'. A 'manager' was sent later in his place but when he arrived, I was informed he could not complete the job I had discussed with the scheduler using the package I had purchased. After he left, another electrician was sent who completed the work for an additional charge. This electrician was friendly and knew exactly what he was doing and got the job done quickly after he went to get a part he needed (which had also been previously discussed with the scheduler). The additional cost was reasonable but not expected.
