Description of Work: Handyman deal. It was really a value at $99 for 3 hours. Walter was so efficient that he finished my list before the time was over. It was good to get things I had put off done. This was my third deal with A+ Energy Mgmt. Great people to work with.

Description of Work: I bought the 3 hours labor coupon, ended up the company wants more money to perform the service I need, which defeats my original ideal for using coupon. If I have to pay a regular price for service I need, I don't need to buy coupon deals.

Description of Work: He checked the cedar plank fence for integrity of structure and materials. He then replaced the plans that were in need of replacing.

Description of Work: Josh was very quick to contact me once I purchased the deal. He was very thorough in finding out exactly what I needed/wanted/expected and worked very hard to get us on the schedule even though it turned out we are not in his usual service area. Once we got on the schedule, our appointment was missed the first time (the guy no-showed) and then they were quite late on the second visit (that they actually tried to again reschedule but we didn't let them). The contractor that come out was very professional and did a really great job with the tile I chose (it was a difficult tile). The end result was beautiful and it was done in a timely manner. The work area was cleaned before he left and we are very happy with the end result. Getting the contractors to show up can be a big problem for companies so I am still giving them an A overall because I realize that some things are beyond their control. I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: The company's customer service is A plus, just like its name. After diligent and extensive investigation that involved two trips to my house, they determined that they were not able to remediate the wood rot problem; it was so extensive that I needed to replace the entire window. I was grateful for their candor.

Description of Work: They did a fence maintenance, replaced a few boards and nails that were loose. The technician was very polite and helpful as was the lady I worked with to get the appointment scheduled.

Description of Work: Subcontractor did a good job, but said he'd let provider know about other problems and they would get me a bid for fixing them. They did not, so I followed up with them, twice, and they still did not.

Description of Work: I bought their $99 fence repair for 39, but I also paid for 3 fence post replacements. It was cold that day and the guy's truck broke down and he still arrived with in the appointed time frame. He removed two fence post the first day as it got colder and colder (it turned out to be one of the coldest days of the year and there was a light rain). The next day they same thing for the next fence post. With the way the weather was it really should have been a two man job, and probably would have been, but they were busy that week I was told. |It took longer than it should have was probably my only complaint that wasn't addressed, but how can you really do that. It takes them what it takes them. I provided all the materials other than the fence posts and cement. I had a gate that was involved, and they tried to replace one of the pickets with pine and I have a cedar fence. I also didn't like the way they first hung the gate, but I called them they came back out and addressed any issue I had to my satisfaction. I am picky about how my fence should look as I have done this kind of work before and I like what I like. |What I liked about these guys is that they stand behind their work and they take pride in what they do and they work like they have a reputation to keep. Other than the time they took (their money), they were spot on. I was satisfied with the finished product.
