Description of Work: Kevin came out promptly and got right to work after I showed him the projects I needed done. He was polite and professional and did outstanding work in a timely manner. In addition, he gave me sound advice on 2 other projects that I need to have done in the future. He fixed a drawer that would not stay closed, hung a framed stained glass window securely, replaced door knobs, installed a door stop, and installed 3 glass shelves in a niche. I would definitely hire Kevin and A-Plus again.

Description of Work: Installed a new ceiling fan and an outdoor lighting sconce. Walter was prompt, pleasant and professional. I will definitely use this company again and will try to get Walter back if possible.

Description of Work: Contracted for 8 hrs. landscaping service - 5-1/2 hrs. of excellent service. The extra 2-1/2 hrs. unable to complete as it required laying of sod in a small area and no sod was available due to excessive rain at that time. Have not heard back from Josh as to completion arrangements. Robert performed the service and he worked hard and efficiently. (The sod cost was to be provided by me - the pick up of sod and labor was to be provided by A+).

Description of Work: My experience with A-Plus was a negative one. The A-Plus person in charge of the 'Big Deals' through Angie's List never recognized me when I called back (i.e., had no recollection of having ever had any of our prior conversations). I had to recite the 'Deal' account each time and the purpose of calling this time to get any response. Also, of the multiple messages left for which I was promised a call back, they only called back once when I threatened to cancel the deal. I finally got to speak to the landscaping supervisor -- a young person who may have mowed grass before but who apparently never supervised anything, ever! |The 'Deal' was finally scheduled a month later and they sent a subcontractor, one person (Moseley's Services), who did a very good job (even provided his own equipment) but that gave me no clue as to how A-Plus would have done the work. They clearly did not have sufficient power equipment to be contracting yard maintenance service. I rate this experience this with the company as an F minus, although the person sent to do the work gets an A+ for an excellent job. |I will not use A-Plus again, but I will use Moseley's Service. You should add him to your list of contractor's. |

Description of Work: Walter did an excellent job of fixing my gate and front fence. My gate has not worked this well in the 20 years I've lived here. He was very professional and seemed to really know what he was doing and talking about. Yes! I would use this vendor again!

Description of Work: Walt did an outstanding job! He is knowledgeable, very conscientious and punctual. Would definitely request him again! He adjusted window blinds, replaced switch cover plate. Repaired ceiling fan receiver.
