Description of Work: Person came to install 2 new toilets. Was unable install our masterbath toilet. Had us return a toilet because he thought the toliet was the problem. Had the same problem with the replacement. Was able to install the upstairs toliet. When we had a master plumber come out, it was a very simple solution of not using the proper wax ring for a tile floor. The person also left our master bathroom a mess from dumping water from the toliet into the shower numerous times.

Description of Work: Installed a light fixture and GFCI's. Great job, very professional, would use them again.

Description of Work: They replaced some rotted wood on the roof, repainting. My husband approved the repair but an area close by that needed painting was ignored. Instead of mentioning the need for a little more repair they left. We called them back and they said he would come back on a certain day and we never heard from them again. Probably would look for another service.

Description of Work: It started as just painting a bedroom, and that went well. Then we added on to paint another bedroom and laying tile in both rooms. There was also the removal of a small closet in the second bedroom. The workman, Edward, was very competent and took pride in doing his job well.

Description of Work: They cleaned out 2 flower beds in our back yard. The end result was pretty good, but the person came completely unprepared (no gloves, no tools, nothing), asked to use our gloves, shovels, and garbage bags, and left the garbage bags full of weeds for us to discard. The other thing that was awkward was that the deal was $249 for 8 hours of work and he left after 5-6 hours. So I felt like I could have paid a similar rate for someone to show up prepared with their own tools, do the work, and haul any debris away afterward. I am not sure if this is the normal experience with this company, but would try someone else next time.

Description of Work: Replaced shelf above fireplace which had been damaged by water from an over-watered plant. Arrival later than promised, then left to obtain replacement board and was gone for several hours, but did return and finished the job at around 8 or 9pm. After he left, I inspected the work more closely; new shelf didn't fit perfectly (a few gaps in front and back), so I had to go to Home Depot and get caulk to fill the gaps. Paid for materials in addition to the $99 Big Deal. Got my money's worth, but most likely wouldn't hire them again.
