Description of Work: Checked furnace and hot water heater. I had heard noises in attic and they made sure the system is safe. I appreciate an honest evaluation. The technician was friendly and professional and on time. Will use A Plus again. They allowed me to use a previous purchase from Angies list for handyman services toward this bill. Very considerate.

Description of Work: I have multiple rental properties in the US, and I had to get my first property in Austin ready for rental, and there were various issues after the last residents moved out such as major and minor dry wall repair, paint touch up, replace the protective panel on a spigot, interior & exterior caulking, closet door repair, and carpet cleaning. I met with Josh to walk the property, and I was very impressed with his professionalism, expertise as well as his consultation on the best game plan to get the property ready.
