Description of Work: I contacted this contractor prior to the Xmas holiday. They came in, did an assessment and promised an estimate after the holidays. After the New Year, they did call to say they were working on the estimate. That is the last I've heard form them. I spent the last weeks calling repeatedly, being promised a return phone call and never receiving one.

Description of Work: They replaced one toilet, and re-set another. Punctual, friendly, professional. There was a small residual leak on the hose on the new toilet installation, and when I called to let them know, they sent someone out immediately to fix it. I really got that they went the extra mile to make sure it was 100% right. I think they called 3 times to confirm that someone was coming, and to double check that it was good! Very happy.

Description of Work: The guys came over and they were right on time. They completed the first task in a few minutes. I asked if they could install another device while they were there and they honored the Angie's list deal on the second item. I didn't have the proper part for the ceiling fan and the guys were good enough to take an early lunch while I ran to Home Depot. I had to ask them to remove some tape from the top of the ceiling fan blades after the fan was installed because the tape was clearly visible from the second floor stair case. I would have tried to do it myself but the ceiling is very high and we ended up using a magic marker on the tape.

Description of Work: Patched a crack in my ceiling. Didn't show up when appointed. Very poor quality work. Didn't clean up after. Very difficult to communicate with office staff about poor performance. Insisted on sending the same workman again who stood me up again. He eventually came but the follow up work was no better. I will have to pay someone again to do this job properly.
