Description of Work: Kevin, removed and replaced a mailbox, removed and installed two porch lamps, removed a door bell, hung a mirror secured loose shutters and caulked to bath tubs. All these tasks were done to our complete satisfaction.

Description of Work: I have mixed feelings. It took 2 return trips after the job was "finished" to get the ceilings to look consistent and covered as they should. However, the company and Josh were committed to making sure that I was happy with the end result and they were true to their word. It took more of my time and theirs than it should have (I felt that I had to point out flaws that were pretty obvious) but I was pleased with the end result.

Description of Work: A-Plus had fixed a problem left from a previous popcorn ceiling removal job from another contractor and smoothed out both ceilings in the Kitchen and Living room along with removing torn wall paper from the soffit, removing a mirrored wall in the kitchen and re-sheet rocking that wall and painting the kitchen area. There had been one area above a doorway that had been a problem with the sheetrock compound not curing but A-Plus had been good about checking on it and correcting the issue. Overall, they did nice professional work.

Description of Work: I purchased 6 hours handy man device for $199. When the guy came he did not have the right latter to reach the ceiling for a miner leak water marks repair. Same thing for a outside trim repair on my rental which I agreed for their $40 extra charge. The outside trim work would only need about 1 hour to repaint per the handyman. The handyman said he would come on another day, and that was it. Basically I paid for 6 hours but only get an hour's worth. I did not think it was fair, so I called the office, the office lady who was the same one took my order then started blame me did not mention ceiling was two stories, the out side was two stories and she has to paid the technician. Totally unprofessional. I thought they should ask me for those questions at the beginning. Anyway, very unhappy and decided not pay any, I took a whole day off job also wasted

Our handyman did work for 2 hours. We apologized and apologized & said we would be happy to return. The customer did not want that as she had taken the day off. It was unfortunate that it just did not work out. Our handyman was not paid for the 2 hours, that is correct.
