They do excellent work. But their pricing continues to rise on Angie's List. For us, they are now way priced above value.

The original design had some problems due to it is too wide, out of proportion. The gate takes 2/3 length, the fence takes 1/3. Kavin switched them around, adding new posts. The old gate becomes the fence, the old fence becomes the new gate.

Paid 119.00 and they never came. I also never got a refund. They say only Angies can refund me. Angies says only they can refund me.

I hired A-Plus previously for some interior house work and was so happy with their service I hired them again for our fence post project. As expected, they did not disappoint. Fence posts are HARD WORK and when you add 100+ degree weather onto that chore, it's even more daunting. Neither the work nor conditions damped their attitude or professionalism. Lots of sweat and several hours later, I had a sturdy fence again and four newly set fence posts. And it was done well and with a smile. This company has become my go-to for all future home repairs. I'm very happy we found them on Angie's List and if they keep this work ethic going strong, I am confident they will remain an A+ rated vendor.

I have a small rental home in Austin. After a tenant moved out, apparently the a/c stopped working, so when I arrived from Houston the house was like a furnace. I called A-Plus, and Vanessa immediately put me on their schedule for the same day. (She and Katie are great and give a wonderful first impression of the company). Angel arrived here promptly, and was so professional. He took the time to educate me about my system. When it turned out the problem was just a low battery in the thermostat, he was so kind and understanding. What a great company to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for friendly, fast and high quality work.

Couldn't have gone better. The tech was on time, friendly and knowledgable. Not only found and fixed the problem quickly, but also educated us on why it happened and what we could do to prevent the same from happening again in the future. If we ever need HVAC help again, A-Plus Energy Mgmt will be my first call.

They were great, I would give them an “A+”, only I can’t. Price was good. Everything about A-Plus was “A+”. It was purchased April 12th and they had to reschedule a couple of times.

Rodrigo from A-Plus was to the house literally within an hour, and had the problem troubleshooted and fixed in an even shorter time. The price was reasonable, especially for emergency work, and everything was explained to me before beginning the testing and repair process. In addition, the two employees I dealt with, the dispatcher (forgive me, I forget her name) and Rodrigo were friendly, competent, and just all around great to deal with.

The man came and quickly repaired our fence.

The contractor showed up on time and immediately ran an annual check of the heating system. He was professional throughout.

The carpenter could have been a little more accurate in his cuts. He worked hard the entire time he spent at our house. He also had all the required tool to efficiently do his job.

When the repaired shower holder fell off the tub wall again, I cleaned up the wet silicone that had splashed in the tub when it fell. I stuck the holder back up and propped it up for two days. It still did not hold. I called the company. The receptionist said the person that handles that was not in, but would call me after he arrived. He never called. I finally ordered a suction cup one to replace the mess made of the one that went with the tub and was not sufficiently repaired as paid for. I also was never given a copy of the receipt nor shown one for the cement, garage door opener purchased just a total added to the cost of handyman work.

It has been some time since A-Plus Management came to my home, but I remember the technician was on time and was most informative about my AC system.

The man that performed the work was very messy and "a bull in a China shop". Needs more job prep before starting I.e. masking the work area.

Great. It was an old door and needed improvisation. They did a great job and it looks great.

Kevin and Christopher were EXCELLENT at fitting it perfectly, securing it to the house, painting the board, and sealing it so rain would not leak in. They arrived with all the equipment they needed to do the job, were very professional and knowledgeable, and did quality work efficiently. We will DEFINITELY hire this company again!

While they were here, they told me of other services they provide so I showed them our loose fence posts. I was so pleased with their service on the fan and the quote for fence repair that they are coming out to work on our fence. This is going to be my go-to vendor for home repairs.
