Everything went well! I was told the exact type of siding to purchase ahead of time in order to do the repair which they were able to determine from a photo of the wood rot. The contractor came on time, was courteous, and finished the job quickly. The side of the house looks as good as new.

I hate giving a bad review, but I'd like to warn Angie's List customers about this company. Originally I purchased a $100 coupon to use. Once I did it was difficult for me to get a quote. They wanted me to take pictures to give an estimate. Then, they said I needed to purchase the material and paint it myself. When they finally secured the total job (about $2,500. worth of roof/soffit repair) they didn't do the work they were supposed to do. They left the job unfinished and asked for $1,000+ more to finish the job! Buyer beware! Know exactly what you're getting when you sign up with them.

Went great, completed our punch list in under the allotted time and had some additional time to finish some additional items.

FANTASTIC !!!!! Kevin was AWESOME ! He was fast, diligent, and professional. He knew exactly what to do and was very careful of my items. He arrived on time and got right to work, finishing the projects in half the time. The office staff was equally amazing! Courteous and very understanding when I needed to reschedule due to the flu. I really appreciated their cheerful attitude and flexibility in rescheduling my appointment. I will always call A-Plus Energy Mgmt. for all of my electrical and home solution needs.

Kevin Price (service technician) did an excellent job of removing the rotted wood trim and replacing with new trim. A severe cold front with rain was predicted for the next day. Kevin worked until dark to ensure that all five windows were repaired and weather-tight.

They were prompt and professional the first appointment. However, after the initial estimate they never got back to me. I would have to track them down to get a response. They gave me little to no options on what I could do to get it fixed. I talked to another company that gave me endless options and price points. After trying to track them down multiple times I finally gave up and went with a different company.

Outstanding! Friendly, Courteous Professional. Work was done correctly and promptly. Cleanup was thorough and paperwork was minimal. To sum it up: Good work at a fair price. I will definitely use them again and won't hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.

Called at noon and the problem fixed by 4:15. Prompt, friendly, and sorted out the problem immediately. Highly recommend.

Called Monday, Nov. 6th, got a visit scheduled the same day with David, who was very patient and helpful. My husband was the one home during the visit. He said the technician called ahead and actually came earlier than expected. Was going to end up being about $1000 and motor would need to be ordered. We had a birthday party for the coming weekend for our daughter and was afraid will have to reschedule. But Angel, the technician, called around, looked in his supplies and wanted to try and use a new universal motor he had already in the van, and amazingly made it work with our old AC system. He even cleaned the vent and carpet around the area in the house he was working in. My husband said Angel went above and beyond, it seemed, to get us back our AC, and saved us almost 50% of the cost. We truly appreciate good customer service and Angel's obvious care to do the job right. Highly, highly recommended!!!

I have used A-Plus' handyman services several times and have always been very pleased with their services. This time, Kevin stopped by. He was not only on time, he was very efficient and finished ALL of the projects on time. I was also extremely impressed with the quality of his work. Ceiling fan install went fine. He could've done a better/neater job on the caulking, but still good overall.

Kevin did a great job! He replaced the window trim and painted it, all in two hours. It looked brand new. Cheers.

Chris came on time on three visits and did what I had outlined for him to do with the Squueek No More repair kit. Job went well. Except an area on the floor where the joists were not accessible from above, the squeaks are gone.

Everything went smoothly and in perfect working order.

I had written an earlier review and expressed concerns with a "C" rating. I wasn't unhappy but didn't agree with a fundamental business procedure even though I understood it. One of A-plus statements is something about "warm fuzzies". Well they stand on their word. They called me to let me know they actually read my review and wanted me to have an experience that they would want their family member to have. It was more important to them that I be satisfied than 'enforce' a business procedure. We were able to come to a satisfactory resolution and it means more than they will ever know as I am dealing with a very emotional situation and their reasonableness helped me have a better day. I upgraded the rating to an "A" and would make it higher if I could. They are business people with a willingness to 'listen' and hear. My next business with them is to purchase an annual maintenance agreement. When I get good service I'm all in. Thank you so much for hearing me.
