A+ Sprinklers & Landscape

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was fine. I used it right away after I purchased the deal. The deal was for $45 but there was an additional work that was required so I ended up paying more than that.

Arrived on time. We went over the entire system together. They gave me a quote and did the work immediately. They under estimated time by 30 minutes, so bill was slightly higher than quote, but work was well done as was the clean up. I would use them again.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. The experience was good. They were really good.

The first visit went very well. Very knowledgeable, worked quickly and efficiently. On time. However when I called him several weeks later about an area of grass that seemed to be dying, he was irritated and somewhat unprofessional towards me. Made it very clear that he was annoyed that he had to come back out due to an improper time setting on the sprinkler control. He didnt charge me for the return visit, but made me feel uncomfortable enough that I would not use his service again.

I purchased a special and they recommended that I replace the control panel.

It was extremely good service and they did a good job of checking everything. The only bad thing was that one of the heads that they put in popped off shortly after they were here, but they came out promptly and fixed it so it was all good.

They kept finding things that needed to be done that totaled additional money over $500. My grass is no greener than it was before they came out!

Dishonest about what they accomplished, did not catch water leak, left job unfinished. None of this discovered until after they left.

He came out the same day that we called, fixed the problem quickly.

Tech showed up on time, was professional and knowledgeable, completed job quickly and efficiently. I'll call them again the next time I need service.

This is the 3rd time I have used A + Sprinklers. I initially used them for a tune up a few months ago and the 2nd time had them come back to install a new shut off valve and minor repairs. Each time Eric and his workers were very friendly and good about explaining what work was done. Plus, they made sure everything was cleaned up afterward and you couldn't even tell where they had to dig. I will be using them in the future for any other sprinkler repairs I need.

That was great. I don’t think he charged me for that but I don’t remember, even if he did it was minimum. He was really good. He was prompt and kept me posted when he was coming. He was really sweet and very knowledgeable and I would definitely use him again.

It went really well. They worked pretty quickly and made it quite clear what they were recommending. There were no pressure to by things from them.

A wonderful experience all around. They called ahead, were running ahead of schedule which worked perfectly for me, they completed the work within an hour. My total time out of my office was barely over an hour...and I live 10 minutes from work.

Arrived as agreed, completed the inspection, replaced broken sprinkler heads and reset the system.

The services provided by A+ Sprinklers & Landscape was great. They did a good job. They showed up, prepared to do whatever I needed done. They were on time.

I used an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it went well. We did the work shortly after I purchased the Big Deal. They were okay but the sprinklers they added were not the kind I wanted. They just added to a drip system and their were a couple of flags they left. I don't know if they repaired those areas or not because the flags were still there when they left. Other than that, they were pretty good.

I bought an Angie's List Deal for a sprinkler tune up. They were easy to get an appt with, they communicated well, came out, did the tune up and noted the various repairs I needed. Upon my ok, they performed the repairs, quickly and efficiently. I would definitely use them again.

I purchased the Angie's List daily deal from these guys. They came out and undertook an inspection of the whole system and then fixed issues upon getting approval from me. They didn't do a bad job. But they certainly didn't inspire confidence that they completely knew what they were doing. Three of them showed up and at least one of them was standing around doing nothing at any given time. They turned an hour long, two person job, into a three hour ordeal. In the end nearly everything worked. But they were unable to even locate one of the valve boxes. They charged me a locator fee nonetheless

Went good. Came back to fix a problem that was actually operator error (my fault), and didn't charge me.

Had to come back for second visit to replace a bad sprinkler head, 11 replaced first visit. Also had to re-adjust previously adjusted sprinkler heads as many hot spots had appeared after initial visit. Company said they would not charge additional service charge for coming back as it had been less than a month from first visit. Original head replacements of 11 sprinkler heads and inspection of all sprinkler systems sections cost not including Angies List coupon of $45.00 was $442.43 for first visit and $120.31 for second visit. Sprinkler heads aimed better after 2nd visit and all heads functioning. So. $45.00 + $442.43 +$120.31 = $607.74 Sprinkler techs courteous and quick. Price too high.

I was waiting on doing any work A+ Sprinklers & Landscape. I felt really negative about them and I kind of felt ripped off. The worker met my husband at the gate and he said, "So, what are we going to do here?" And we were going, "Okay, dokey, this was the Angie's List thing to check the sprinkler systems. So, he comes and he's never seen the type of system we've had or the brand that we've had. They're only familiar with their own brand, which they sell. We have sprinkler heads and all that we keep here, that we replace. He pretty much just used our sprinkler heads to replace some that were broken, which my husband could have done, but the point was, we're getting older and I wanted to kind of establish some sort of place where people can come out and do these things for us. He didn't do anything more. My husband had to go around and show him each one and pointed out what he wanted done about it. Basically, we live in an area where the grounds shifts. So, the foundation of the house has to be kept kind of equally damp year round. They get off kilter every so often, with lawn mowing and so forth. Then, the two sprinkler heads that we didn't have enough of - we only had a couple. They replaced them with their brand sprinkler heads and we ended up paying another $58.00 for it. So I'm going, "Yikes. We can do all that ourselves for nothing, for free." They didn't do anything because they weren't familiar with the type of system. He couldn't set the timer. Basically, we moved into this house and everything was already done, so we didn't have information on setting the timer. So, we've only had to set it by guesswork. We thought, "This is our chance to get somebody who knows what they're doing out here to tell us how to do it." He left and we're back to guessing when to turn it on and off and how to set it. He's only familiar with digital. Apparently, this is not digital. He was a younger guy who was not familiar with anything. He took the sprinkle heads out and put them in. So, we kind of felt like we were out $100.00. They said it was $49.00 for the Big Deal and another $58.00 once they came out. We just got the wrong person who couldn't do what we needed.
