They replaced some pipes for better irrigation to the flower bed and checked the sprinkler heads. They were more interested in trying to upsell the service instead of doing the work I paid for. I don't think they were very thorough.

Added additional heads to cover areas not adequately covered by existing zones.

I was really impressed with that company! In fact, I used them again later for something else that came up. The guy that came out was really professional. I was just very impressed. The crew got right to work and they're great! They are reasonably priced. They were really good.

The total cost was over $500. I feel the Big Deal price was good, but not the end price. I feel that they use the Big Deal to get in your yard and then upsell you. They made mistakes so it wound up costing me money so I will not use them again. I had to pay for materials and labor to fix mistakes that they made. The workers seemed like they didn’t want to perform so the manager had to stay on them. The foreman kept wanting to charge me more and the owner had to keep reminding him that it was a Big Deal. I will not recommend them to anyone.

I purchased the $45 deal that I used toward the sprinkler system inspection; I then had them made the repairs and upgrades they recommended, and it cost me an additional $145. They also reprogrammed my sprinkler system. The 2 employees were courteous and helpful.

It was great. They were very, very good. They were prompt, kind, diligent, got the job done and I'm really happy with them. I do recommend them and I have called them again.

I called on Thursday, and made an appointment for Monday. They said 3-5, but called about 1:30 and said they were on the way. Not a problem for me! My system is pretty old, so the level of the yard has raised over time, making my sprinklers less efficient. Additionally, I had some pretty severe run-off from a couple of heads. Eric raised 4-5 sprinkler heads, replaced 2 heads, relocated one, and capped another. In all Eric was there for 75 minutes, and I've now got much better coverage and less runoff. He gave me advice on how to make additional changes to my system that would further eliminate runoff, and give me better pressure. I told him that I'd see how it does next spring and call him back if necessary. He also told me what to do if I wanted to make the changes myself. That selfless-ness tells me that he really cares about the client. He was very professional and very efficient in his work. Cleanup was good too. I will definitely recommend him to anyone that needs sprinkler tuneups or new installation.

Work began the next day after contacting him. Everything was done exactly like he outlined. Came in under the estimate and only charged me that amount. The owner was on sight the whole time. He and the other 2 workers were professional and very nice. Set the timer to run so that it did not water too much, based on the type of sprinkler head he installed. Everything worked perfectly. I had a coupon which I purchased on AL, but it had expired, but he still honored it.

It worked very well. They took care of everything. They were very professional. They seemed to know what they were doing. They worked quickly and efficiently. That was good. I would use them in the future.

I have one more visit to put on a filter as dirt still gets into the tanks from the rain water. Eric has stuck with me with all of the trials to get the system to work correctly since it was originally installed. If he doesn't know something he will research it and work hard to get any problem solved. I'm very happy with his work and would recommend him to anyone.

Boss on phone all time. Sold us some needed higher heads but still have spray going on driveway and plants blocking spray they didn't tell us about. Would not stay long enough for us to run thru cycles to review their work.

I purchased an Angie’s List Big Deal for this service and it was alright. They did a pretty good job. They came out a couple of weeks after I purchased the deal. There were quite a few little things done that increased the price beyond the cost of the Big Deal. They were timely and did the job quickly; they were fine. They were a little too pricey, but they came out when they said they would.

I hated the previous control box that we had. I found one at a big box store and I had them install it for me. They also went around and re-adjusted everything after the landscaping and drainage was done. They weren't upset that I didn't buy the control box from them and they were more than happy to help me out and install it. He was super and had a great attitude. I didn't buy what they had to sell which was expensive. I checked it out, and they had an excellent attitude about installing it and showing me how it worked.

The guys that came out were great. They performed the tune-up, and then they identified several fixes. Once they were ready, they walked me through ever single fix. At the time, they provided an estimate for repairs, and I chose to have them do the work right then. They came in $50 under! Overall, a great experience.

They came on time. They were great and everything was a good experience. I would definitely use them again.

Inspection and the repair was ok. The tuning had an issue and had to call them back. They did come back and fixed it free of charge.

He was on time and had a helper. They located and identified broken sprinklers, valves and gave me an estimate for repairs but then charged me an additional $60 over what I paid for the Big Deal from Angie's List. No repairs or tune ups were preformed or requested. I have since talked to other sprinkler companies who said they would have done the evaluation and estimate for free. I wish I had read and heeded some of the other reviews prior to purchasing the Big Deal.

It went great. My sister says they were wonderful and highly recommends them.

A crew of 3 called saying they would miss their appointment time due to prior job lasting longer than expected. When they did arrive it was around 6:00 so I suggested they just evaluate and reschedule since it was so late and dinner time. They agreed but apparently changed their minds because they proceeded to run the system, make adjustments, etc. until dark. When they came back to the door they wanted to go over all they had done, all they recommended, etc. I told them they would have to either send that info to me via Fax or E-mail as the time was not convenient then. Apparently they went to their vehicle and called their boss as they soon came back to my door and said they were told that I owed them more money since they had been there so long. I told them that was not the agreement through Angie's List and that they should have their boss call me about the situation. I've never heard from anyone since. The crewmen were very nice and I think knew what they were doing but I was not happy they stayed so late after we'd agreed they would reschedule and then felt insult was added to injury when they asked for additional money. Don't know who's idea that was but I somehow doubt it was the crewmen. My system is still not working effectively and I still need help but I will definitely not use this company again.

They did a smashing job, and now my system is running great

Eric is a good guy to work with and have used him before for sprinkler tune ups. He got the job done in about an hour and a half and our sprinklers work again! BTW the company that broke the wires is an Angie's List supplier too and they have issued us a full refund on the work Eric had to do, with no problem at all. I only mention that because Eric suggested that they were reputable also, and would probably want to pay for the damage they had done.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was fine. I used it right away after I purchased the deal. The deal was for $45 but there was an additional work that was required so I ended up paying more than that.
