The work was done quickly and they answered all the questions I had. I have used this company twice, I like their responsiveness and service.

The service went okay. I feel like they were up selling me since I had to pay an additional fee for the service. The technicians were polite and they did a good job. The sprinklers worked just fine after the service. I had no problem scheduling the deal.

They were professional, and they showed up on time. I had a good overall experience. The work they did was fine.

Eric was very responsive when I requested an inspection of our sprinkler system and very friendly and easy to work with. We just moved into a new house and basically wanted to make sure the whole system was working properly since we're homeowner newbies. Eric was very patient explaining the whole system to us and even recommended treatment for our yard. Patrick was very thorough checking everything out and quickly fixing anything that needed it. We would definitely recommend and use them again!

Miscalculating the travel time from their base in Kyle, Eric and his crew were delayed and I almost canceled the appointment. But Eric got on the phone, apologized and worked hard to keep my business. He respected my time and made it clear that he would make it right. Eric and his crew made up the difference, arrived EXACTLY at time discussed and immediately got to work. Eric was fast and professional. He knew exactly what he was doing. He gave his crew firm instructions and they worked very quickly. He explained every procedure and estimated costs along the way. He gave owner the option to use existing equipment if possible, which saved money, replacing equipment only if necessary. Friendly, professional and very fast. I will definitely use Eric and A+ again.

They called early because they had an opening, which was great. Very very friendly, and is Eric is very professional and helpful.

It was fine. They came back and did significant work for me later, including replacing quite a few sprinkler heads. Scheduling was fine.

No upsell. City of Austin told me I needed a pressure regulator turns out I already have one. A+ did not sell me something I didn't need. Very, very affordable and my work included a 1 year parts and labor warranty. I was thrilled with the work they did and I will 100% use them again.

Eric and Patrick were great. They let me know when they were about 30 minutes from arriving. The tune-up went well. Eric was great at explaining what the issues were and how he was going to fix them. He also took the time to show me how to program the timer on the irrigation system. I appreciate the job that he and Patrick did!

Called multiple times, not even one call back .

Service went very well. Eric and crew showed up as scheduled. Even called us to let us know they were on their way. Had enough guys to complete the job in a single day as promised. Whole crew were very professional. Corrected all the issues we inherited from our original landscaper. We can know water on a regular schedule and not worry about burst lines or connections. Eric made sure there were two drip lines going to each plant, installed bubblers were required and set up and adjusted everything before calling it a day. We had Eric back a couple of weeks later to add some much needed mulch to our beds and to extend and add irrigation to a bed. For this second phase of work Eric charged us substantially less than his original estimate because it took him less time than expected. That was a very pleasant surprise for us since we would have gladly paid the amount originally quoted. Nice to work with an honest contractor. Would certainly have not hesitation in recommending Eric. We plan on having him back in the fall to do some additional work to our decomposed granite paths and to add some edging between our and surrounding lots. Great job and very happy with the outcome. Great. Eric and the guy he came out with, were polite, highly organized, smart guys who immediately made the most of their time and went through testing and repairing our watering system faster than I would practically be able to figure out how to turn on all the different zones. I cannot believe that they got done all they did in only about an hour. These are the most professional irrigation systems guys I have ever dealt with - very impressive. I'd use them again in a heartbeat!

It went great. They get the job done and are reasonable. They don't seem to give incorrect answers. One main person came out and two others came as well. They did it correctly, they knew what was wrong, and they gave what I expected. They worked in an area of about 15 feet in a straight line working in separate zones. I would use this provider in the future in a heartbeat.

Eric showed up as scheduled gave estimate of detailed work to be done after checking system and landscaping requested. Estimate was accepted requiring 2 days to complete all work and initial start date and completion date was given. Eric showed up on first day after calling to let us know he was coming he started by replacing sprinkler system master control and several sprinkler heads and the rain sensor this allowed us to use system in a temporary mode. He than made arrangements with us to return on a second day with an expanded crew to replace the sticking sprinkler heads and complete Landscaping work. Eric again notified us that he was on way and arrived with 4 additional workers. They proceeded to replace 32 sprinkler heads, add a pressure regulator in main sprinkler line to lower line pressure to stop misting and wasting water through over spray. They than trimmed the scrubs and bushes cleaned all flowerbeds saving plants and herbs, which we specified cleaned tree rings placed plastic cover in beds to inhibit weed growth and than spread mulch over all the areas. Work area was all cleaned and left in a very professional manner. Eric?s main concern that the wife would like the work they had done it must be said that she was ecstatic at the results and has nothing but praise for the work he did.

I called A+ Sprinklers and Landscape and was able to get right through. The gentlemen on the other end of the line was professional and courteous, took my information and scheduled an appointment. Eric and Patrick performed the service a week later and they showed up on time with a 30 minute call ahead. They came out initially and did a full inspection of the system, provide a prompt estimate of the work and also provided me a quote up front for additional work (installing 3 bubblers for new trees) that I asked them to perform. Before they even began Patrick gave me an estimate of the cost and despite them having to do some additional trenching they were able to meet their original estimate and even came in a few dollars under what he promised. They were both very friendly and courteous, dressed professionally, performed exceptional work and cleaned up after themselves. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again in the future.

I was not totally satisfied with his service although he sounded like he knows what he is doing so I would probably use him again.

I had coupon/deal through Angieslist and it seemed very straightforward. But when they came, they kept on adding items to fix list and bloated the overall cost. And the additions were not small ones.

They were good, came a long distance, were prompt and professional. I would recommend them.

Excellent scheduling, through inspection - Knew the business, gave choices of repair, estimate, and 1 year warranty. Did repair same day - 3 great workers, finished ahead of time 4 hours to complete job, Eric, Jacob, Jeremy.

They did a very good job. And they helped set my sprinkler system to the correct times for each zone and explained everything to me. I have a large property and I think they did a very thorough job of getting everything in order.

FANTASTIC!!!!!!!!!!!!! Eric Havekost showed up exactly as scheduled, even though the temperature was well below freezing, and proceeded to review my existing 6 zone residential sprinkler system that included providing water to my automatic pool filler. Several months ago, following construciton of the pool, one of the zones would not turn off. I tried to determine if dirt from the excavation had gotten into the system and clogged a valve or if an electrical wire had been inadvertently severed. When the temperatures turned cold, I shut down the water supply to the sprinkler system and the pool. I saw 147 great reviews on Angies List for this company and called them. They were able to quickly diagnose and correct the problem, locating the valve, flushing it and restoring flow to all six zones and to my pool. They were clean, neat, and very professional. The price was great and they disconted to Angies List users. I will be completing the rest of the rear yard this Spring and will have Eric replace the old sprinkler system (which took direct hits during the pool construction) with a new system when we put in the new barbeque island, planters and patios. Eric and his team are terrific. I have already referred them to a co-worker who needs to sprinkler his 7 acre ranch in Leander. COULD NOT BE HAPPIER with the service, the results and the price.
