Description of Work: This was suppose to be a check of my system and to make recommendations on any changes or make any adjustments needed to get better coverage from each station. He wanted me to tell him what I wanted to do and why I asked for a check up of my system as if I was the expert. He did adjust two or three heads but did not check all stations for best coverage. Felt he was more interested in setting up another appointment. I do realize that this was just a promotional deal. I suppose I got my $49.00 worth.

Description of Work: I hired this company because of the deal offered of a sprinkler system review of $49. Of course they up sold me but I agreed that it needed doing. I did not comparison shop but don't feel they over charged me. They were prompt and completed the job in a very timely manner. My sprinkler box was inoperable and several of the heads were not working. I had had a patio installed and the installer neglected to correct the sprinkler system to accommodate the patio. This, too they fixed. Overall I was pleased with the service I received and would recommend this company.

Description of Work: Courteous, professional - excellent experience. I had used this company a couple of years ago with good results. I'm happy to report this visit went just as well - he checked all sprinkler zones, found no issues, then reprogrammed the system for me, following anticipated water rationing schedule. He also realigned one of the sprinkler heads that was working fine, but not to my satisfaction - at no cost to me. I highly recommend A+ Sprinkler.

The work took a little longer than what was estimated and it required two trips to our house, but the quality of the work and professionalism of the technicians was excellent. I recommend A+ Sprinklers & Landscape and will use them again.
Description of Work: I hired A+ Sprinklers & Landscape to do maintenance on our aging sprinkler system. I had zones that weren't working, sprinkler heads that were cracked and damaged, sprinkler heads that did not retract back into the ground, etc. A+ sent experienced technicians that quickly evaluated what needed to be repaired. They had most of the parts with them, but did require a second visit to complete the work. The technician did an excellent job explaining what needed to be repaired and the different parts they carried and their prices. He also provided an estimate of how long it would take to complete their work.

+ -1 moreI had a sprinkler head leaking water. I called and spoke to a live person, not a recording and, he answered the first timed I called. The gentleman I spoke with was curteous and took his time explaining how valves work. He was patient with me as I explained I had diagnosed the location and problem. He quoted me his rate and the cost of a new valve and took the time to explain why replacing the valve was better, in this situation, than repair. The valve box was full of water. He scheduled the appointment for the next day and was prompt. He actually called before he arrived to be sure I was going to be around and asked that I call him back to confirm. I like that, because it showed me that his time was just as valuable as mine. He arrived, with another co-worker. I showed him my concerns and here is what he did: Replaced the leaky valve Replaced a wire on different valve Installed a new spray nozzle where one had not existed previously Adjusted the water pressure on my house Adjusted the water pressure on individual zones Adjusted heads Performed a system check Traced out valve They offer a $25 discount for first service per year and I plan on calling again to get an estimate on a landscaping project.
