I had a valve that wasn't working before they came. I mentioned it prior to their coming so they could be prepared to look at it but they were not prepared. They left it alone, however I had another company look at it and they fixed it very quickly.

Everything turned out well. They came on time and were professional.

Eric arrived on time on the date specified. Completed the task is less than an hour. He is pleasant and very professional.

They arrived promptly on time/scheduled date and began their system check. They found the work needed to be done to correct the problem and fully explained it to me. The work was completed in a timely fashion to my satisfaction-they even suggested some lawn products that would be beneficial to use on my lawn! I highly recommend this service and would use them again. Both technicians were professional. They were personable, polite, and easy to deal with. My sprinkler system was thoroughly checked; the solutions were discussed before proceeding with the repairs.

They were very friendly and came when they said they would. They were a little pricey but I think they did a good job.

Great customer service. These guys were easy to talk with. They explained everything they did and why they where doing it. They where timely and very polite through the entire process. Recommendations and options where provided to me on my system configuration. They did a really good job of leaving the areas they worked in tidy. They did a good job of making it look like they were never there.

I purchased a big deal for a sprinkler tune up through Angie's List. I contacted the company three times and left messages with contact information. I never heard back from them.

Jim and Patrick were prompt, easy to work with, and honest. They arrived on time, did a walk-through, then walked me through the yard to ask what I would like fixed. (One sprinkler just needed something next to it moved.) They worked hard and were super nice. They were here an extra 1/2 hour, so the quote was a bit higher, but they were working the whole time and they were very apologetic about it, so no big deal.

He took time to review all the sprinkler heads and their positions compared to the growth of the bushes, new fencing, etc. After which he provided me with various options to correct some of the heads and replace the broken ones. He took his time to show me how to adjust the control panel before he set up for use this season.

Tech was on time, professional, and friendly. He took the time to tell me how to adjust the sprinkler setting for various temp changes and not screw it up (which I'd clearly done, having gotten a $700 water bill!). All in all, great experience.

Eric showed up on time as scheduled and performed all of the work necessary. He kept me informed of what he was doing and/or proposed to do throughout the entire time he was here which was about 3 hours. He performed all of the work expertly. I have already recommended him to other family members. I was very, very pleased with his work, his work ethic, and the final product. My sprinkler system is nowworking perfectly.

When I called these guys they were quick to come out and check our system. We knew we had one sprinkler head that was broken and had paid a year back someone to come check. The previous company said all was fine. I am so thankful these guys checked the whole system and had to find our heads because some of them were pushed in. They came and stayed until the job was done. Even though it was after 5:00. They explained the work so I fully understood what they had done. They were very professional and did an excellent job!

Eric was very professional and courteous. I highly recommend his work. The time frame and price estimate were in the ballpark of his quote after initial evaluation of the job.

It was more than I expected and am so happy they corrected everything. My water bills were very high and now they are what they are supposed to be.The worker was punctual, polite, professional and the price was what he estimated and very reasonable considering all of the work he did. I would definitely use them again without hesitation.

They did pretty good. I called them and they responded immediately. They are very prompt and the job they did was pretty good. They seemed a little pricey but they did a pretty good job. I will probably use their services again in the future.
