The guys were on time, very professional and very knowledgeable. They added a riser to a spray head in a plant bed that was too short. The replaced a rotor that was worn. To proved coverage to a dry area, they ran a flex line to the area and installed a spray head. They also did some spray head adjusting. Now my system works great. I would definitely recommend A+ Sprinklers & Landscape for sprinkler system work.

Well here's the things I've learned from this experience: 1. If there are multiple "Big Deals" for the same service - don't always pick the cheapest, they're going to be the busiest, and it may take a while to schedule the service. I waited for a couple of days after purchasing the "big deal" to see if provider would contact me. They did not, so I contacted them. The first attempt at service was scheduled for a 1 -3pm window. They called at 3:10 to say they were going to be late, like around 5:30 because their first job of the day went too long. At 6:15 I called, and was told they would be there in a little while - I asked to be rescheduled for another day. Second attempt, window was scheduled for 3 - 5, they got here at 5. 2. I have purchased several Angie's List "Big Deals", and they are NEVER the whole price you will pay for the service you expected. (except for the $20 dollar Lowe's card I got for $5.00 - that was a great deal!) They made adjustments on several heads for the $45.00 big deal, and then recommended the head replacements for the new flower bed. I do feel like they were very knowledgeable and thorough. Although I agreed with all of their recommendations, I was still a little shocked at the final price. They were very nice, and I would hire them again.

They checked the system out and adjusted the water heads. They located a couple of valves to fix them. They replaced heads on the pop ups. They called and left me know they were on the way, and what time they would get here. They also called me back and let me know when they were running late. They were very friendly and had a good personality.

At this point, I am completely satisfied with their work. I will use them again when the need arises.

Everything went fine. They ended up coming out when we had high winds. They were nice guys and showed up- did what they had to do. I ended up spending more on my sprinkler heads. Overall, the weather conditions were cold and rainy. I was pleased with them. I might use them again. I only have one that needs to be adjusted and I will be calling regarding that. I was able to get them in right away and that went well.

I was called and given the opportunity to set up service and they came, as scheduled and called to give me an approximate time of arrival both times they were here. The first visit involved going over and testing each sprinkler in every zone in order to give me an estimate of work needed to be done. I have a very old system that, over the years, various sprinkler heads had been replaced as they failed to operate and there was a large assortment of different kinds of sprinkler heads in place. My system had become very inefficient and at least one neighbor was benefitting from my water. Eric and Patrick checked out every sprinkler head, as well as my control panel. I had leakage at every sprinkler and also a broken pipe. Eric repaired the pipe on his first visit and then went over every detail of what needed to be done , why, and how much the job would cost. An appointment was then made for them to come back and do the work. Patrick came and did the work on the second visit and he did an outstanding job and also showed me how to adjust the control panel. I was extremely pleased. Time will tell if this saves me money on my water bill but I am confident that it will. I gave a "B" grade on the price just because I had no idea it would cost so much. However, I had no idea that the system was in such a mess so the price is likely in line with the repairs and replacements done.

They showed up on time, did a thorough review of the system, replaced broken heads and located several areas that were not working. They fixed all areas, repaired a leaking pipe underground which fixed the pressure problem in some stations of the sprinkler system, and made sure all sprinkler heads were watering the grass and not the driveway or street. Very please with the results. They stayed until all the work was completed.

They were punctual, friendly and very instructive. We had just recently moved to our current home and this was our first experience with a sprinkler system.

Once I purchased the big deal, I called them and got my appointment all setup within one phone call to them. The 2 technicians came out and showed up at the time that they said they would. They did the overall check of my sprinkler system and then let me know what all needed fixed. I went ahead and had them do those things and everything was done that day. I would use them again if I ever needed to.

Workmen arrived a couple hours after the appointed time due to an extended job elsewhere. I had to call them an hour and a half after the appointment time to verify they were coming. Workmen were courteous and went right to work once they showed up. Inspected system and came back with suggestions to correct issues. System is 10 years old and has had very little maintenance done. After consulting with me about repairs needed and informing me that the Angie's list coupon only covered an hour of work and anything over the hour would cost me extra I consented to the work and they completed it a timely manner. Before they started the original survey of the system I had asked if they could locate the control units for each zone for me and was told there would be an extra $15.00 charge for that survey, which I agreed to. Once they completed the repairs I asked about the control unit survey and they had forgotten to do it. Since they had already gone over the hour covered by the coupon the survey was going to cost me $15.00 for the "use" of the "Locator Device" plus their time (at $90.00 per hour prorated into 15 minute increments) to complete the survey. Although I would have liked to have had the information I declined because I felt I was misled originally with the $15.00 quote. When they presented the bill it was figured incorrectly for over $200.00 when it should have been $130.50. I am glad to get my irrigation system working in good shape and I think the guys did a good job. There were definitely areas that concerned me. Not calling before the appointment time to tell me they were tied up elsewhere and would be running late was discourteous at the least. Forgetting to do the control unit survey was an aggravation and misleading me on the price was irritating. Miscalculating the bill was an unintentional error but it just added to the exasperation I felt for the whole experience. In a service oriented business you better get the little things right or, as in this case, the real work gets for forgotten no matter how well you do it.

They were on time, performed the evaluation of my sprinkler system and offered recommendations. I had them do some recommended work: adjusting sprinkler heads, changing out a few sprinkler heads, and capping off sprinklers that were not needed. They showed me how to adjust the sprinkles and use the control box. I would use them again.

Guys were very accommodating. Had to change date, no problem. Recommended two repairs and, once started, found that one wasn't required and cost was lower as a result. Very polite and seemed competent. Very satisfied overall.

A+ was great! They were able to arrive earlier than planned - which worked well for me. The work was done efficiently. Everything from the scheduling of the appointment to the completion of the work was well communicated.

They were on time and did everything they were supposed to do. I thought they were a bit pricey but they were efficiency.

Our sprinkler system did not adeuqately reach all areas of our yard resulting in brown spots. Eric from A+ Sprinklers diagnosed the problem; made excellent suggestions and completed the job as agreed. As an added bonus he reprogrammed our sprinkler system to the most effecient watering times. We would definitely use again and refer to others

Based on some repeated high water bills, we purchased the sprinkler tune-up deal from Angie's list. Eric and his team found one faulty rotor head and replaced it. We later had some leakage issues after that and they returned and investigated / adjusted the system at no charge. The problem did not resolve itself so they subsequently replaced two valves, which has resolved our issues. I liked their approach to try small changes first before recommending a large change. They were timely and professional about their work. Eric was also responsive to phone calls and gave me confidence he knew what he was doing. Although I had little experience with pricing other than buying the system, I felt their pricing was fair and reasonable. They also warranty the work and the parts. I would certainly recommend them.

This was an excellent experience--Eric arrived on time even though he had called earlier thinking he might be late. He was very professional, and went over everything with me to ensure I understood how he would conduct the inspection as well as possible charges.

Was supposed to come Thursday, Mar 7 on or after 4:00 pm to analyze requirements and prepare a proposal. Today is Tuesday, Mar 12 and have yet to hear from the company. UPDATE: Company contacted me and informed me that there was some kind of mix up and we were not put on their schedule. That was the reason they never showed up. I guess things happen.

Eric and Patrick did a fantastic job. In some cases they were able to make adjustments to existing sprinkler heads and saved me the cost of replacing them. They also found several other situations where they made recommendations on how best to modify the sprinkler head location for optimal performance. They also took the time to add a battery to the control unit to provide backup power during power outages. They also demonstrated how to set the programming feature so that the sprinkler would run automatically at times consistent with our community's water restrictions. All of the sprinkler work was done during the same appointment as the sprinkler tune-up. I have a couple of additional landscaping projects planned and have scheduled some of these projects with A+ Sprinklers and Landscape. I feel I received exceptional service at a great price. I would highly recommend this company to anyone considering sprinkler or landscaping projects.

They did more in their hour than several visits by the original system installer.

I notice my sprinkler heads where leaking water. Unfortunately the original installation of my irrigation system did not have an easily accessible cut off value. I was able to get Eric late on a Friday and he had Patrick swing by to stop the leak. Both returned a week later to do a complete System Check and they found several issues that will need to be repaired. I plan on using them to make the repairs and will report on my satisfaction with those once complete.

Eric showed up on time and did a great job! He found a broken underground wire and fixed it as well as replacing some faulty sprinkler heads. His price was very fair. A++ quality and concern. Very professional. I will use him again for my next irrigation job.

Very good experience. The two individuals finished in 3 hours which was remarkable.

They indicated I needed a few modifications, however they also mentioned I was getting water on my deck and in order to correct that, they would have to switch out and reroute water lines and spray heads. The inadvertently said one of the spray heads could be changed and the price would be lower. When I questioned if that was the case with one, why could they do the same with other areas, they then said that might work. I felt like they were trying to make extra work or not but charge more money. I ended paying the initial $45.00 that I pre-paid through Angie's List for the inspection plus another $180 for the minor switch of spray heads.
