Description of Work: We first discovered this company when we used an Angie's List coupon for a sprinkler tune up. They did a great job! Little did we know that our 13 year old sprinkler control box would completely die a few months later. It was time to bury it. It was AWESOME that we already had a trusted contact with Eric Havekost at A+ Sprinklers & Landscape. I sent an email on a weekend....they are CLOSED on the weekend, so I expected a Monday call....Eric emailed me back on that very Saturday with some trouble shooting tips. I couldn't believe it...they are closed on the weekends. He attempted more tips on Monday to "save us a service call". We greatly appreciated that. Ultimately we needed to replace the Controller Station. Eric is a first class human being. He even put up with my elderly, nosy Mother and was very kind to her. Thanks Eric. I hope you read this! We'll use you again & again. Thanks! Maggie

Description of Work: I gave them a B not because of any work they did but they were pretty far out on appointment times for their big deal they offered. When I contacted them, they were 1 1/2 weeks out on appointments so I decided to use someone else.

Description of Work: I purchased the big deal and called them immediately. I had to leave a message since it was a Saturday when I purchased it. They called me back on Monday, but had an overwhelming response to the big deal and were not able to schedule me until the following week. I had just had landscaping installed (including grass) and was going to be out of town for work and could not wait. I asked them to call me if they received a cancelation, but nothing opened up.

Description of Work: They where on time and professional. They found a major problem that I never knew about. When the house was built the builder put part of the sprinkler system 10 feet behind the privacy fence in the green area. No wonder my water bills were high. I never would have thought of looking behind my fence for the problem. But Eric with A+ found it. I hope I don't have to have the system worked on again, but if I do I will differently call them if I need sprinkler service. I marked N/A to price because I have no idea what the cost for service of sprinklers should be.

Description of Work: Analyzed my irrigation system problems. Provided a detailed estimate and showed why each item was defective. Repaired all items, some of which I didn't even know I had. Aimed all sprinklers to ensure coverage and replaced a valve that had killed one section. I always wondered why it wouldn't come on. Good guys. Charged by the hour but worked their tails off, no loafing. Brought the system up to snuff. I could not have been happier. Charged what I thought was a fair price.

Description of Work: The company fixed to broken sprinkler heads and repaired a large leak. I had two other plumbers come give me bids that were $1,500 plus to fix the leak and A+ found a simple fix for much cheaper. Great experience, will use again.
