What can I say. He came on time worked the full day and finished the bath tub and tile, next he did the counter tops that took a day and about four hrs the next he had to wait for the counter tops to cure that is what took the extra four hours. The job looked better than I hoped. If you need your tub or counter tops to be redone go to tub and counters. We have another tub that we want done and I will use them again. There service is outstanding and costs about 30% of what a new tub and counter top would be.

I bought a house that one of the tubs had been spray painted, not done by a professional refinisher. The inside of the tub, especially the sides were very rough and I wasn't sure what had been painted over. I contacted Rafael about the deal offered on Angie's list. He said there was an additional charge for stripping the other finish, but it was very reasonable, much less than another company I called for a quote. The refinished tub looks like new! Not only does it look great, but the previous rough surface is now very smooth. I also asked him if he could repair a couple of chipped spots in another tub and he did it and didn't charge me anything extra for doing it.

He was very prompt in trying to obtain my business. After agreeing to use his company. Mr. Lanuza had someone come out to perform the tile work but he could not understand english to the point that communication was impossible. I had to hire someone else to do the work. He was late on the day the work was to be performed. This was possibly just a miscommunication. After the work was finished I was advised that due to low light in the bathroon that he would have to return to redo some imperfections. Some were easily visible to an untrained eye. The night before he was to return I received a call to be advised that the time had been changed from the morning to the afternoon. I was further advised that someone other than Mr. Lanuza would come to perform the touch up work. When his worker arrived we both took the time to look at what needed to be touched up. There were many spots that needed to be redone. To say it was a sloppy job would be an understatement. The worker called Mr. Lanuza who then spoke to me. He apologized saying that his worker had told him that there was so much to redo that it needed to be completely redone. When the work was finished there was noticeable gap in the drain that was not there prior to the work being redone. The finished product revealed extensive orange texture instead of a smooth finish. This extended over both the tub and the tile. There were two spaces that needed caulking but I was told that it was wet. I was able to get him to agree to come back out when it was dry however I took care of it rather than call him back.

They did an excellent job; I do not know of anything else that they could improve upon. They were punctual and clean; they cleaned up the mess. They delivered what they said they would.

Rafael came to my house and refinished one of my bathroom countertops. I was very happy with his work and his price. I rescheduled him to come back and do my other bathroom countertop. The day before he was scheduled to come, he called and canceled saying the product had not arrived at his house yet. So we rescheduled for the following week. A few days before the appointment, I emailed Rafael to see what time he would be coming. He never responded to my email. The morning he was supposed to come, i called him at 9:30 to see what time he would be there and he did not answer. I called him again at 12:30, still no answer. Rafael never showed up at my house and refused to return my calls. The next day he emailed me and said he could not complete the work with no explanation. I find this extremely unprofessional. He is unreliable. I will not use him again!!!

rafael responded promptly to my email with a quote. i called him and schedule an appointment within days my bathtub was done he was on time alittle early, he reconfirmed the appointment ,and he did a great job on my bathtub .he cleaned up behind himself and he finish within the time frame that he gave me

From first contact to the completed job all went well, smoothly and professionally. Rafael even returned to fix a slight imperfection at no additional cost. Truly a great individual
