Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal from this company. It has been three and one half years since I used this company. I think it was January 2011. They did an excellent job. I believe my real estate agent was impressed enough, that she used them to clean windows at another property she was selling. I no longer live in Dallas/ Forth Worth, but would use them again if I were there.

Description of Work: Texas Star came over and gave an estimate, some months later a man showed up to do the work. It was done well but there were still smudges and streaks in some of the windows, I went out and cleaned these up myself. I would probably use them again but would urge the owner and the man doing the work to make sure all streaks and smudges were removed before the job was completed.

Description of Work: Purchased a voucher from Amazon to have windows washed. Left 7 messages over a two week period trying to schedule an appointment but never received a return call. I also left a message through their website. I was finally called and the owner answered and he apologized and said he would have a cleaner over that day. I went to meet them at the house from work and they never showed up. Left two more messages...so far nothing.

Description of Work: I had initially called him because I had purchased two big deals through Angie's List. I offered for them to come and do both gutter cleaning and my windows at the same time they said that would be great. We set up an appointment and they never showed up. I called them they said they had a glitch in their computer system. We set up another tentative appointment in which I told them I would call back and confirm. I called to confirm later on and never got a response. I have continued to call them and have received no response.

+ -1 moreManny and Seth were very professional, personable and courteous. They were extremely careful in all of their actions and before entering my home they placed foot covers on their feet. I had also asked them to do a couple of ?little extras?, while they had the hose out, and they did without protest or charge. When the job was completed they cleaned up after themselves and ensured that I was completely satisfied. My windows now pop with sparkle and are cleaner than they have ever been. Many businesses could take a lesson from these gentlemen regarding an awesome and positive customer experience.
Description of Work: 30 windows, tracks and screens cleaned and polished from top to bottom and inside and out. They also cleaned my French Doors at no charge.

+ -1 moreThey were on time, uniformed, and clean. They let me know how they were going to perform the job and if I had any questions or concerns to let them know. They also asked if there where any lights that needed changing, and if there where any mirrors I would like cleaned free of charge! They were very professional to say the least. Any furniture that was moved was put back in the exact spot. They were extremely carefull and valued all of my flowerbeds, bushes, and shurbs. Entering the house they took off all shoes and placed foot covers on there feet. I also noticed a towel placed infront of every window they were cleaning. When the job was completed they demanded I checked there work to make sure I was 100% satisfied. The only thing they left behind where amazingly clean windows. The tracks, and screens were spotless. My invoice was sent via email and I paid using my visa thru google checkout. The best customer service I have every experienced.
Description of Work: 21 windows cleaned, tracks cleaned and screens cleaned and polished.
