Description of Work: I needed the guys to come back out and fix a sprinkler head that broke off- I may have hit it with the mower? Previously came out to install a new box and fix all issues with my old Toro. Anyway Guiseppi came back, fixed the problem at no charge. I can't say enough good things about Penguin- it feels good to have a sprinkler service that I can count on.

Description of Work: I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for evaluatio of m aprinkler system. Guiseppe did come out to look at my system and indicated that i needed about an hour of work to fix a leak and raise a few heads. He said he would send me a report and estimate in a day or two. I messaged him about a week later and he said he had to have surgery on his hand the day after he had seen me. I told him to get the report to me at his earliest convenience. I have never seen his report to date.

Description of Work: After some initial confusion in communications about when the service would be done, Giuseppe had his crew here right on time. They were very professional. Even though they had to dig several trenches to accommodate the new sprinkler heads, they were very careful and replaced the lawn so you can barely tell they were there. The reconfiguration of sprinkler heads and addition of new sprinkler heads now completely cover our yard. | |I highly recommend Penguin Lighting & Irrigation for a great job and am a very satisfied customer! Description of Work: They inspected my sprinkler system. They found a few minor things that could be improved and gave me an estimate on those repairs. There was not any high pressure to do the extra repairs. I've scheduled a time for the repairs. They also gave me some tips on some problems with my lawn. They were very helpful.

 + 0 moreThe whole process from start to finish exceeded my expectations. Guiseppe conducts his business with the utmost professionalism and the level of knowledge and passion is unparalled. Also, one of the lights started to accumulate water and therefore stopped working, however, I called Guiseppe and he came over to fix it the next day. So customer service even after the job is performed is exceptional. I would highly recommend Guiseppe for his services!
