Big thanks to Penguin for their excellent work. Tim and Deondre did a beautiful job, and Tim was responsive and communicative throughout. We are amazed by how the system looks and are excited to see the results of such an improved system. Our yard looks like a golf course. And to top it off, it was at a very reasonable rate.

Everything was above and beyond what I expected and I could not be happier with the work preformed. I would definitely recommend Penguin Home Services again, and will use them again for future projects!

After replacing several heads at that station and the leak persisted, Mr. Baldi from Penguin Lighting and Irrigation discovered a rock in the line that impacted the operation of the sprinkler head that caused the persistent leaking. He repaired it in record time, and it's working well. Mr. Baldi has been a very reliable source of professional dependability while maintaining my sprinkler system. I highly recommend him to everyone. I have found him to be quite reasonable with his charges for service.

Great. Guisippi is very thorough and efficient. He is the only sprinkler person I have used that adjusted my system to reach the areas that needed watering. He is very competent. This is the second time I have used him and intend that he will be my go to sprinkler man from now on.

On Oct. 27th I ordered the Holiday Light Installation on Angie's List. Giuseppe sent me an email a week later on Nov 2nd asking for a photo of the house. I responded on the same day and told him that I wanted the install done ASAP. It took another week to get any email response from Giuseppe. On Nov. 8th Giuseppe wrote in an email that he could do the install on Nov. 17, 18 or 19th. After no further communications I finally sent him an email on Nov 16 asking which day he would do the install. He responded he couldn’t do it until Dec. 4th which is completely unacceptable. Penguin Home Services wasted three weeks of time putting me in a position of trying to find a company late in the season. I would not recommend Penguin Home Services. Not only do they not respond in a timely manner they lie about when the service can be performed.

They did good work, the only problem I had with them was that they took so long to get it done. It was not that they took long to get it done when they got there, it was a matter of them getting out there, otherwise they did a nice job and their prices were fair. Scheduling was tough for them. Don't be in a rush to get the work done, otherwise they do nice work.

He had to adjust my sprinkler system after the first visit.

They did a great job. They came out a couple of days later. They were very professional. They worked quickly too. My interaction with them was great. They were very responsive when I called them. The work was perfect. They were trustworthy and reliable.

It turned out okay. I do have to call them back. He did not adjust it correctly so it's not working properly.

He and his helper were very professional and helpful. They were respectful of the landscaping and turf by not leaving it looking like a mess and worked very quickly but thorough. He reviewed all stations with me to make sure I was happy with the results. I would highly recommend them and definitely will use them in the future.

Best comprehensive tune-up this sprinkler system has had because of attention to details such as crooked heads, height of heads, nozzle types, measurement of water pressure! Although no major problems were found, recommendations to improve coverage and eliminate overspray and runoff were given. Within 3 days, I received an irrigation system evaluation in writing, including a very affordable estimate for an irrigation project we had discussed, which I will followup on this Autumn.

Very well. Efficient, professional, punctual. We liked the way Mr. Baldi came out to check the system first and assess our needs, then wrote up a professional proposal in which he enumerated all the work that would be done and what each part would cost, then stayed true to his proposal when the actual repairs were made.

He was heavily booked due to promotion through Angie's List, but we were able to schedule the initial visit. All went very well. Control Panel we have is not really old, so he reviewed it and made some recommendations. Scheduled a second visit to change and upgrade slightly. Only a couple of heads were replaced and several were raised for better functionally and coverage. Also had him add 1 extra head in a spot we thought should have been done when sprinkler system was originally installed. We are very pleased with the service Giuseppe provided and will use him again.

First they checked the sprinkler system. They recommended getting better pop-up sprinkler heads. My husband has decided to let the grass get higher due to the heat and our current sprinkler heads were not high enough. Very well priced. We had over 20 heads replaced and several straightened. Very nice young man. Was on time plus he called just prior to his arrival. I will recommend them and use them again.
