Excellent service, thorough and very professional. My schedule made it a little difficult to get the visit arranged but they were patient and worked the service call around a schedule I could support. Will definitely use them in the future.

My back yard are had no water access so the original owner had not installed sprinklers there. I cut through my driveway and made a 6" gap for a lined to be run to the area. Giuseppe ran a 1" water line from the front of the house to the back area, about 100 feet. He had to remove some wire mesh which was still in the driveway cutout. He also added a garden spigot for hand watering the area. He and his crew added a sprinkler zone in the grassy area, and a drip irrigation zone in my pond area. I was extremely please with his service as usual!

They were on time and complete the job in one day. There was a bush in an area and he recommended to not sod there as it would not grow. He offer to place some de-composed granite I had on site in the area for no extra cost. I've used Penguin several times and I am always very please with his service and his crew.

I provided the dates that I was available. The company representative provided all alternative dates that they had openings. (which I was not available). I provided additional dates. Never heard back from the company. I called and he said he returned my calls (which I never got, or a message on my answering machine). Angie's list refunded my money promptly !

Looked at sprinklers changed my settings so he could see it and never changed anything back. Not satisfied in service. Waste of 60$ was just as well looking at everything myself. Won't use again

Great! Giuseppe (owner) was very prompt first to my inquiries about the "Big deal" and was able to schedule his services with me within the week. He was very good at communicating to me that our first scheduled appointment may be delayed due to weather. I appreciated the delay notices so I didn't have to hang around the house waiting! He and his crew came the very next day to diligently work on the house. They did a great job!

Everything went well, he did a good jiob - little more costly than I thought in beginning

I had a station in my sprinkler system that wasn't working. I assumed it was a bad valve and received a quote to replace the valve. Giuseppe showed up on time and determined it was a missing sprinkler head and fixed the problem for 1/3 of what I was expecting to pay. I will definitely call Penguin Lighting & Irrigation with my next problem.

He returned to make additional repairs and upgrades that he found when doing the initial inspection. Did a great job and added a solar sensor. He did a great job!!

Just moved into home and water bill was over 20K/month. I had Penguin come out and inspect the system. They found several leaks and a broken head. They repaired everything, and replaced the controller as it was broken also. They also found a leak in the double check valve and replaced that also. My water usage for the next month was under 10k gallons. This cut my bill by over 40/month. I could not be more happy!

Guisseppe is EXTREMELY professional. He was very responsive, showed up on time, and I was very comfortable having him work on my system. I would highly recommend him to anyone. He is not the cheapest but you get what you pay for right? And while it may have been a little more than I wanted to pay I was happy to do it knowing that the job would be done right. He also installed a lighting system. This lighting completely transformed my landscape and is a great addition to the house. He also installed a timer mechanism so I don't have to worry about turning the lights on/off. Everything works great and I have had no issues.

I wanted some landscape lighting done around our recently renovated Koi Pond. They called and scheduled their lighting specialist to come and give me an estimate. They arrived promptly on time, took pictures of the area and went back to the shop to do some designs which they then sent me with an estimate. We agreed on the price and scheduled and install. Again, they arrive when they agreed, and were able to complete the work in a few hours. There were some startup issues with the lighting, and they vendor return a few time until all of the issues were taken care of, all at no extra cost. Extremely pleased with the service and results!

Extremely patient and worked with my budget. Would have liked dual lights on trees instead of 2 separate lights, but not available. Transformer covers come off entirely stead of sliding while attached. Follow up service provided at night to make any adjustments. Would recommend his services.

The overall process of working with Giuseppe at Penguin Lighting went exceedingly well. He worked with me through the initial design phase, installation and when I asked them to come back and add additional lighting. The lighting looked great and was clearly more than we had hoped for!

The gentlemen that came out was punctual and knew what he was talking about. After discussing best placement options and picking out some lighting fixtures from his catalog, Giuseppe provided me with a free estimate, I eagerly excepted. Once the work was done he explained how to set the timers and/or use the photocell for dawn/dusk operation. Very high quality products and installation, the LEDs should not add much to my utility cost, and the lights have transformed the look of my house, great buy! Highly recommended to all.
