Terry came to the house the same day that I called him and worked with me on my drawing of what I expected. He worked up an estimate on the spot and suggested an upgrade to cedar instead of treated yellow pine and I agreed. We worked out a timeframe to complete the job since I was going to be travelling and my wife and I are very pleased with the finished product. We have been able to move our gas grill from the muddy yard up on top of the new deck. I would highly recommend Outback Creations to all my neighbors.

We have no complaints. Terry took some plans we had drawn up by a landscape architect and improved on them. He suggested changes that we had not even considered.

They did a nice job.

Terry, the owner, was very responsive and returned calls immediately and answered all our questions to our satisfaction. He helped us design the area and met with us several times to ensure we were getting what we wanted. He was very fair and accommodating as well when we decided on a few changes after the project began. The team that did the work were very friendly and efficient. They were very professional, experienced, and kept a clean area during the project. We were very comfortable with them being in our backyard during the project. They, too, were accommodating to our wants and met all our expectations. Even after the project was complete, Outback Creations was responsive to questions we had and small issues that needed to be dealt with. We will use Outback Creations again when the need arises!

The arbor was to be adjacent to the covered patio area. After discussing options with Terry, we also decided to replace two existing posts with 8" x 8" cedar posts so that they matched the posts on the arbor. Terry was very professional and I agreed to the proposal and provided a down payment. The following week the arbor was constructed and looks great. On July first, the flagstone work began and was completed in just over three days. The arbor and flagstone looks great. All of the workers were polite and professional and cleaned up reasonably well at the end of the job.

I gave Terry a call from Outback creations and we set a time for him to come and take a look at the space. Terry showed up promptly. He took a look at the space made suggestions and provided me with a quote. He is easy to speak with and very professional. Having gotten other quotes his was very fair for the work that was going to be done, it was not the highest but not the lowest. My husband and I decided to go with him because his quote was fair, he was very professional and understood what we were looking to achieve. There were a couple of delays, due to rain, while the work was being done but I was called everyday by Terry who let me know the crew would not be coming out to work. The crew did an awesome job and everything came out better than we could have ever expected. We have been using the deck and pergola for a few weeks now and could not be happier with the job that was done. We would recommend them to anyone who it looking for outdoor work and hope one day to use them again.

It went very well. I liked the way they kept me informed. He would call me far in advance if he was not able to show up. They were very punctual and cleaned up after themselves.

The owner contacted me promptly and set up an appointment within the week. He showed me pictures of his work in the past years. I felt that he gave me a good deal, considering several upgrades that I wanted to make. I actually saved about $600 compared to Home Depot quote and got my arbor sealed by a wood sealer (referred by the owner) instead of stained. He was very responsive to my calls. He was knowledgeable and personable. His team were pleasant, flexible and hardworking. When I was having my arbor sealed, he came by for a short visit. The arbor looks great; it is giving me the shade I wanted and a place to hang my hammock.

It was good overall. The workmanship was excellent. We had two different sub contractors. Everything was handcarved and beautiful. They did a great job. The stone masons also did a wonderful job. We had a specific request that no illegal aliens were working on our house and they complied with my request.

They were very thorough and professional. Their prices were competitive, their workers showed up on time and did what they said they were going to do. They even went out of their way to change the design of the wood to make it look somewhat oriental. We're very happy with them and their work. I would highly recommend them.
