This is a great company and I have recommended them to others. They are honest, conscientious, on time, and do quality work. The cost of the project was reasonable, especially considering the good work they do.

Master Tile Setter could not have done anything better. They were perfectionists, they were very good. They did a great job.

They were very professional. I requested diagonal layout. They did a good job on it. For the backsplash, there were accent pieces, they needed to be careful with. It looked all very beautiful at the end. The only problem was: they wore knee protectors while working. And one of the workers scratched our dishwasher door with it. But they replaced it at no cost to us, so it was OK. We will hire them again to do our bathrooms.

I cannot tell you how pleased we were with the work. The job was carried out professionally, expeditiously, efficiently, and at reasonable cost. We were very impressed with this company. We would not consider ever using anyone else for tile work.

Master Tile Setter was very responsive in providing a bid and scheduling installation once I decided to let them install the tile. Very professional job and both bathrooms were started and completed in one long day. Would certainly recommend them.

We were really pleased with how Luis and his team handled the entire project. Luis returned my call promptly and came out the next day to give us a bid. He was very professional and submitted a competitive bid. Luis' son and another man completed the tile work. Luis said it would probably take them 3 days to complete but they worked late one night and finished it in 2 days. They were both very polite and hard workers. Luis followed up after the work was done to make sure everything was finished to our satisfaction. We will definitely use them again!

They were wonderful. From start to finish, it was an excellent experience. He responded right away via email, he showed up when he said he would, and he went and picked up the supplies when the supplier wouldn't sell them to me directly.

Luis Bautista's, Master Tilesetter, first job for us was in 2005 when he replaced our entry way, hall, hall bath and master bath water closet with porcelain tile. We were VERY impressed with his work that we requested his service again to replace our 315 square feet kitchen floor. When we found out he, Luis, was not doing much of the labor any more we were very disappointed because he has an excellent artistic eye and strives for perfection. He assured us that he had personally trained his workers to be just as qualified to do the job as he was. He was right. Caesar, Jose, and Raphael worked very diligently to make our kitchen floor look fantastic! They accomodated our many requests and did so without hesitation. Luis came by and laid out how we wanted the tiles placed at the critical places such as the entry to our living room and formal dining room. Seeing Luis agin really pleased us to know he still maintains his artistic eye to help please his customers. Luis suggested several tile suppliers to visit and we appreciated this information. We had several samples - over a dozen - from which to choose. We highly recommend Master Tilesetter. They work hard to please the customer including cleaning up after the job is completed.

Everything was great. They did a great job and had good follow up. I was really impressed with their work.

Work took only a week and it looks great. Luis is easy to deal with and I would use them again.

They have done an excellent job. The job has been well done, economical and creative. We are talking a really good job. They have been doing work for us for about two months. They are flexible, dependable, excellent workmanship and good attention to detail.

First off let me say that I would hire him again in a heartbeat. The job was done with the utmost professionalism, in a timely manner. Luis knew exactly what the problem was and told us how to fix it. He then quoted a suprisingly reasonable price, which led us to have him do the complete job that we as homeowners had always wanted, but thought would be too expensive to have done. He went with us to the tile store and helped us plan what we wanted. Even got us a better price on the tiles and other supplies. His son was the foreman on the crew, whitch arrived at the appointed time, ready for work. They set about their job and worked hard all day. They do not work on Sunday, as it should be, as they are good christian men.

They were very punctual. They called to make sure that everything was done to our satisfaction and to inform us of any problems. It was great to have someone call us instead of us having to call them to check on things. They cleaned up after themselves nicely and left no mess behind. I would recommend them to anyone looking to have this type of work done.

Luis came out and gave an estimate for the job that I felt was very fair. The workers were very polite and rolled out cloth to protect my carpet. They were efficient and did a nice job. I had them re-cut a few tiles because I did not like how they were lining up, and they were more than willing. They finished a day earlier than they had originally estimated.

I thought the guy was very nice. He worked hard and showed up on time all three days. He was very mindful not to scratch any walls or floors while transporting materials from outside the house to the bathroom. When the project was done, he did an excellent clean up.
