Luis was everything and more that we wanted in a tile contractor. A true professional with great experience and excellent tile repair skills. Luis is easy to talk with and a trusted advisor in helping to make decision’s as the repairs progressed. His estimates of time and materials were very accurate. We highly recommend MasterTile Setters. They cleanup as they proceed and left our home pristinely clean. Truly a five star plus contractor that we highly recommend.

Every facet of our experience with Master TileSetter was A-1. Our master bath was gutted: garden tub, vanity, two furdowns, lights and nasty carpet all removed. We now have a gorgeous walk-in tiled shower, tiled floor, pocket door, recessed lighting, ventilation fan, new texture/paint, and custom vanity! All designed for tall people (my husband is 6'6"). The estimate was reasonable and accurate in terms of price and the timeline. Luis, Nilson and the team kept us in the loop about everything. They asked detailed questions about our preferences along the way, and also had excellent suggestions. They also corrected any errors promptly (just a couple of small ones). The final product is stunning! We are hiring a separate vendor for the shower door, and both vendors bidding and measuring for that commented on the excellent tile work, one saying he would give it 5 stars and asked for Master TileSetter's contact info. Note: For a major remodel such as ours, you need to be available on site to answer questions. It took 2 weeks, plus a couple of days (due to my choice of four paint colors) but we were prepared for 3 weeks. Well worth it!!!

Nelson, our installer, was extremely courteous and is definitely an expert in his field. He was very patient and detailed. He explained options for how to lay the tile in each room, and asked for my input as each new decision point arrived. Every tile is perfect and they worked in a neat and orderly way to protect our home. I will definitely use Master Tile Setters LLC for future tile projects! Everything we were looking for! Amazing work and customer rapport!

This company is a joy to work with! Very professional from start to finish. Christian was the specialist working on our bathroom. We had purchased the tile in advance. When he began laying tile he called to say some boxes were a different lot and 3/16" smaller in size. A lesser company might have dismissed this as "well, they bought the tile, so I guess this is what I should use". Instead, he called to inform, we were able to exchange the tile and have a great looking floor as a result. They even repaired a few grout areas (for no extra cost) on existing tile that I had mentioned during the initial assessment. I had actually forgotten about this, but Master Tile did this at no cost although not part of the quote. Great company! We will definitely use them again and recommend to friends.

Fantastic. It ended up being a bit more complex than originally thought, especially trying to remove the existing tile. There persevered and were about to produce excellent results at a very fair price. I definitely recommend them for any tile work.[

Everything was great. I called a spoke to Luis and explained what I needed. Even though it was a small job, he was happy to help. Christian, the tile setter came to our house as promised and we talked through several options. After deciding exactly what was needed, he did a beautiful job of prepping and installing 18" x 18" porcelain tile on the entryway. He was able to come back at the end of the day to do the grouting, so the whole job was done in a day. Luis called the next morning to be sure we were happy with the work. It's a pleasure to find contractors like this that are responsive, on time and do quality work.

Luis Bautista and his team did an excellent job installing the backsplash for our kitchen. The staff was punctual and extremely knowledgeable. We were so very pleased with the finished work. Excellent job!!!

I've got to say, I have had a lot of "A" rated Angie's lisr providers do some great work but I would have to put Luis and his installer Nilson at the top of the list. Nilson is an artist and you could tell he cared about doing a perfect job. He worked a solid 5 days on the project and even did extras like helping me remove the side of my marble tub so i could replace the faucet. I purchased the tile and did the plumbling and re-installed the toilet and they provided everything else.

The estimate was very competitive, so wasn't surprised that they were scheduling several weeks out when I called. The crew worked quickly and did very nice work. I was happy with the result and would work with them again.

Luis and his staff were very professional and did an excellent job. As an architect, I am very demanding and expect quality work. Nilson and Chris really cared about doing a good job and it shows. We will definitely use them on our next project.

Luis provided a quote for demoing our existing tile shower, rebuilding a new shower with tile/glass, replacing our tile floor and tub surround, and adding tile on the tub skirt. He spent a long time presenting all our options and answering all my questions. We ultimately decided to go another direction, but I was very happy with my experience and would not hesitate to hire Luis and his team in the future.

Good job. Luis is very professional and listened to my ideas. Tile looks wonderful. He was here when he said he would be and sent extra crews to make sure they were finished on time. I am going to use him again and have recommended him to a friend.

Very professionally done. The tile turned out beautifully. Luis and his team are very professional and courteous. They picked up and dropped off the bathtub for us (twice because the first tub did not fit). The bathtub leaked after the install but Luis ensured that the problem was fixed promptly. Fixing the leak took poking a hole in the kitchen ceiling. Luis sent one of his subcontractors to patch the hole up and it was done on the promised date. We are very happy with the way the remodel turned out. We are very impressed with Luis and his crew for their professionalism and work quality.

His quote was competitive and all work was very well done. All of the guys working on the job were very polite and professional. They made recommendations that improved the look and worked with us after we found that we needed to use a different accent tile. Highly recommend.

I have been wanting to lay down new tile for many years, but just did not feel comfortable with anyone I had met to do it. From the minute Luis walked in for the bid (in which he put booties on his shoes before entering my home), I felt very comfortable. He took the time to explain what he thought should be done, and each step they would take. I told him I wanted him for the job. However, I needed some time to gather funding. About a month later, called him back to give me another bid (I changed a few things) and he gladly did so. This past week, they started and are almost finished with the job. I am so excited about how beautiful the new tile, and quality of other work, I wanted to give a review now. The bid was not much over other bids I had received, but the quality of service, respect for me and my home, and Luis taking the time ALWAYS explaining things to me, and making great suggestions....I can't say enough good things about his company. THIS COMPANY WILL ALWAYS BE MY #1 GO TO. My friends who have seen the work, now want him to do some work for them as well. I commend Luis and Raphel for being good Christian people who happened to be excellent in their trade.

He was fantastic. It was great. He was just very polite and gracious. He did great work and gave us great suggestions. He was really willing to work with us. I would absolutely recommend him to friends and family.

Called to fix tile job that had an issue. The original tilers made a mistake and they were so incompetent we fired them. Sadly, Master Tile Setter LLC refuses to do any repair work on tile. No repair work. So it's a big job or screw you.

The bid was reasonable and gave me the bid quickly. He was able to schedule quickly, which was good because we had company coming. He did the work in the exact amount of time he said it would take. His workers were clean, friendly, and overall amazing! The bathroom looks great! I would recommend him to anyone looking for tile work. He was just awesome!

Estimate: Luis showed up exactly when he said he would and emailed me an estimate on the spot. He talked through everything and made sure we were both on the same page about services. Very professional and quick. Services: Luis showed up with his helper to the minute of when he said they would be there. They put down plastic and paper to protect the floors and yard. Luis stayed the first half of the day to make sure his tile settler was doing it correctly. The tile setter stayed until 4:30 and finished the project. He cleaned up when he left. I wish all contractors were this good.

Work began as scheduled Nov. 17 and finished on December 1st, except for shower glass came in a week later after it had been measured. Master Tile Setters, painter, BAM painting did a good job also. The only negative was ABC plumbing who failed to install a ground wire on the inline heater but told us they did. When we discovered that it had not been installed, we called Luis and he promptly got it handled.

I spoke with Luis requesting a quick scheduling for small job of backsplash, wall niche and floor caulking. Luis was quick to respond to my requests and was able to schedule a crew in 2 days. The 2 man crew did a great job. The arrived promptly, were very polite to take their shoes off at the door. They pointed out how they proposed working with the area specifics (gap at back of vanity wall, vanity not level, floor tile caulking), asked for clarification as needed, and were very careful to keep the area clean. I would use this company again.
