Their service has gone great. They are very professional and do great work. They are very neat in their work. Luis came out for the job. They are an excellent company. I had no problem with scheduling and he would always call me right back. The pricing was not cheap but the quality of service was well worth it.

No response after the first call. The voice mail is very unprofessional. You cannot even understand what is being said. I called a second time, very slow response. When I called his cell number first, I never got a response after several days. I called the business number a second time and got a response about 24 hours later. I was getting ready to call a third time when the return call came in. All I wanted was to get an estimate. I told him I worked weekdays until 6:00 PM. I could be available between 6:30 PM and 7:00 PM. He said he does not give any estimates in the metroplex after 4:00 PM because the traffic is too bad. I said, OK, Saturday and Sunday are fine. He said he does not work weekends even for estimates. I ask him how many people are in his company, and he asked me why I wanted to know that and refused to answer. He then said work was not that important to him because he has a family. I said you will need to meet me after work or on a weekend because I also work, are you in or out? He hung up. He had actually called me back on a Saturday. If someone is not willing to go the extra mile in an attempt to get work, I do not want them performing services for me. I was planning on taking vacation days to be home if I could get the work scheduled at a reasonable price.

I found them on Angie's List. I had done some upgrades to my stove top and vent hood so they did some tile work on the countertop and backsplash.

I would first like to thank Luis and his crew for doing such an amazing job with my house. This was my first time hiring professional help to work on my home, and I could not have asked for a better experience. I had requested quotes from three tiling contractors including Luis. Luis wasted no time, and got straight to the point and remained on task in conversation. Yet, I still felt a sense of friendliness and trust from our initial meeting. Out of the three, I was very impressed with Luis? professionalism and the way he treated me with mutual respect as a potential customer. This alone gave me a warm fuzzy of an inclination to want to hire him. I am in my late 20s, but Luis still treated me professionally, which is more than I can say for other contractors. Without being requested to do so, Luis wore protective boot coverings when he came into my home to give me a quote on my two bathroom remodels. Luis was very thorough and hand-wrote an estimate right there on the spot, highlighting any line items that could save me money if I wanted to do it myself. He broke out the estimate into many line items, including demolition and removal of multiple objects (tub, vanity, previous tile), removal/reinstallation of toilet, installation of tile, labor, special requests, etc. I could definitely see where my dollars would have been going per task. I knew at this point that Luis took his work very seriously and would provide a quality product. I had old and dated vanities in both my bathrooms, as well as a pre-fabricated tub in the guest bathroom and a pre-fabricated shower in the master bathroom that needed to be replaced. Luis was extremely fast and completed the work within a week. He even built in a shower nook for us to be able to store shampoo and other accessories. He did such a great job that we had him tile the master bedroom too (in which he completed in two days)! I provided both vanities, the tub, all tile, and all grout. Any additional materials were provided by Luis (mortar, color-matching grout, sheetrock, waterproofing, backer boards, etc.). Throughout the entire process, Luis made sure our home was protected from any excess dust / construction debris. Anywhere his team went, there was a tarp laid down to protect our home. It has been a great pleasure to work with Luis, and I will definitely be in contact with him again to redo our kitchen and living room.

These are the folks you want to work with! I contacted Mr. Bautista and he responded promptly, measured the area and gave me a free provided a free estimate as well as his valuable input about the choice of tiles and grout for my small kitchen. We purchased the tiles and scheduled the appointment. The installers (his two sons) arrived on time, covered the floors, counters, and all work spaces. They were very courteous, and hardworking. Furthermore, the work was well done! I was very impressed watching the young folks working as they are quite skilled. Sometimes you get what you pay for, and sometimes you get more than what you pay for. I feel this company is both very affordable and provides a quality product. I would definitely use Mr. Bautista again, and in fact we want him to do re-do our bathrooms.

There were no troubles with scheduling. He was very professional, nice, and clean. He even wore booties over his shoes when he came into my house. When he followed up with me, he provided an estimate for $2,000 for the work in a small bathroom. We hired someone to do the job that provided an estimate for the same job for $500.

Luis and his crew did a great job on the shower and bathroom floor. They were very professional and clean throughout the job and they made sure to consult with me on each step of the process to insure I got what I wanted. I did the tear out, plumbing, and framing myself. Tile wasn't included in the price. Their price included everything from the backer board out including the shower pan, mud work, and bathroom floor. *just realized I had an F down for responsiveness. I must have hit it accidentally when scrolling down the page. Sorry for the mistake. It's been corrected. Luis and his crew were excellent in every category.

Luis was honorable and a gentleman throughout. He explained the process, pointing out things we should expect and how we should prepare. He also said it would be a 2 day job. What he didn't anticipate was how tightly the formica backsplash was bonded to the countertop. As a result, when he was removing the old firmica backsplash, a piece of the countertop splintered. Luis showed it to me and offered to pay for the replacement of that countertop if I would pay for replacement of the countertop on the opposite side of the kitchen. We agreed on this course of repair. The result is that it took 2 days longer to get both countertops installed. Not only did we end up with a beautifully installed backsplash, we also have new countertops, which we had planned to do later anyway. Luis also had a plumber that he has used previously to re-install our sink at a greatly reduced cost to us. We couldn't be happier or more proud of the upgrade transformation produced by Luis and company. We would strongly recommend Luis to anyone is wanting top quality at a fair and competitive price. "You get what you pay for" In our case, thanks to Luis, we got more and better than we paid fore!

It went very well and they did very good work. The end result of the product was good. It’s been a while since we had done it but it is held up good.

Wonderful people to work with. Mr.Luis makes the estimate. This is absolutely the price. He has a connection to a flooring store that will save you major money. They have all major brands of flooring and are great to work with. You go there and pick out what you want. You pay them for the tile & Master Tile Setters picks it up. Once they start they are there every day until finished. Sometimes work 12 hours. Tile work is just messy. They clean up and haul everything away. We needed a plumber and Mr. Luis recommended a very good one. All the workers were nice guys you did not mind having in your house. They are even a great help with design-very artistic. Mr Luis comes back at the end and checks everything out. On the first job, the grout was not all a consistent color. They came back and put a colored sealer on it to make it look right. We didn't think it was that bad but Mr. Luis wasn't satisfied. This is a family business that takes pride in the work. Always called promptly when we had a question. Could not have been any better.

They did an amazing work and their price was really reasonable. It's a nice family run business and it's run really well. We paid them $1560 total for the price of the glass and the labor, but they saved us easily one third of what we would've had to pay for the glass ourselves.

Luis and Co. put down drop cloth from work area to front door each day (that's going up a flight of stairs as well) then taped off non work areas with plastic from floor to ceiling to contain airborne debris in work areas. All the tile saw work was outside in my yard (again up and down my stairs many times)They were both prompt and on time every day with Luis doing the carpentry and overseeing the job as he popped in and out to get supplies. Rafael worked through the day with a short lunch break until dark usually. They took 4-5 days from start to finish but 2 days were my fault for changing up tubs and plumber problems. They did a terrific job in the end and even the glass installer was impressed by the quality of the work. Every angle was level and tiled at appropriate angles to flow water back into shower. I wont hesitate to use them again.

Took out old marble from shower and around spa tub and replaced with tile. We highly recommend this company. They were always on time and even came out in icy conditions. They put plastic on the vanities and bedroom furniture and put tarps down on the floor all the way out the door. My shower and tub is beautiful and we are extremely pleased.

They were very fast, courteous, and did a great job. I will use them again in the future.

I can?t say enough good things about Luis Bautista and Master Tile Setter! Luis was able to come to my house and speak with me about what I needed done and what he recommended the same day I called. As promised, he emailed me a quote the next morning, and it was in line with the other two I received from Angie?s List tile experts. Fortunately for me, he was able to finish another job early and the work began the very next week. The other two tile companies would not have been able to get to my for a month or more. The Master Tile Setter team arrived promptly each morning and cleaned up after themselves each evening. They were all courteous, polite, and professional at all times and clearly knew what they were doing about every aspect of the job including disconnnecting and re connecting the faucet and showerhead. On the last day, I think they even wiped down my tile floor with a damp cloth in addition to cleaning up all their materials, because the white tile floor was spotless! During demolition, they put up a plastic barrier so that any dust and debris would not get into the rest of my house. They also put down a drop cloth from the outside door to the bathroom so that nothing was tracked onto my hardwood floors. I work full time and was unable to be home during the majority of the project. After speaking with Luis about my concerns, and also noticing that he is a minister, I felt completely comfortable with giving him a key to my home and everything went just the way it was supposed to. Luis kept me advised of their progress each day in addition to what I could see with my own eyes each evening. His two helpers also fixed the outside door they used which was sticking and hard to open. This was done at no charge to me and was very much appreciated! They completed their tile work a day early and had the glass company come to take the final measurements for the frameless glass half walls and shower door on the last day they were there. Luis works with this glass company frequntly and made all the arrangements for everything. The cost of the glass was included in my initial quote and I was given the option of frame or frameless. I elected to go with frameless, even though it was almost twice the cost, and am glad I did because it makes the master bathroom look so much more elegant and high-end. Approximately ten days later, as promised, the glass company came to install the glass. Luis had assured me that Chuck was a very honest and conscientious man, but since I had not met him previously, I made it a point to be home for the installation. It took longer for them to install the glass than I had been told. However, that was primarily because the man who caulked the shower wanted everything to be perfect and so he dug out any caulk that did not suit him and re did it until he was satisfied. I appreciated his conscientious attitude and felt like it was more important for the job to be ?right? rather than ?fast?.In addition, all three of the people who set the glass also told me what a craftsman Luis Bautista was and how they enjoyed coming in after his crew to do work because they knew the tile job had been done right, thus making their job even easier. The finished shower is absolutely gorgeous and I couldn?t be more pleased with the result!!! I know I will have no more problems with that area. I highly recommend Luis Bautista and his Master Tile Setter workmen. I would definitely use him again and will recommend him to all my friends. Although I did not require it, he now takes credit cards, too..

Mr Bautista came over to give the estimate arrived on time and was very professional and the job was a very good price compared to the other quotes. The installer Mr Armando arrived the next day to install tile on backsplash. I was very pleased great job and it is very pretty. He cleaned up and put everything back in place. I will definitely use this company again.

Luis and his team were excellent. I was really dreading having to go through the process of finding a contractor to do our tile work. Luis came highly recommended and he did not disappoint. Luis was veryknowledgable and helpful in making sure we got the result we were looking for. His installation team was very prompt and took great care of the house to make sure they didn't leave a mess. They were nice guys. And most importantly, they did excellent work. They actually finished on budget and ahead of schedule. I will definitely be using Luis and his team in the future. If you are looking for top-notch tile work with a group of guys you will be very comfortable with having in your house, then give Luis a call.

I called for an estimate and Luis showed up on time and was very proffesional. He gave me an estimate and answered all my questions. His estimate was very reasonable. A couple of days later I called him to schedule the installation . His two sons showed up on time all five days that thay worked on the floors. His sons are extremely professional and did an outstanding job on the floors. Everyday they would ask us if we had any questions or concerns about the floors. I just love the way they do business. The floors came out beautifully.

I had used them before I could not wait to use them again . They showed up on time and did an excellent job. Will definitely use them again and would definitely recommend them. Great company to do business with.

i did not see he does not take credit cards ....that makes me think that he doesnt want it on a credit card so you cannot dispute any issues.....some clients have to have charge some of the cost if insurance is not paying ...i dont trust any contractor that does not take a credit card i will not be using this company

Luis and his crew were amazing! Detailed, meticulous and perfect describes their work! They were very patient, kind and helpful. They did exactly what they said they'd do. I was super pleased. Oh, and they were clean and orderly. I liked their work so much, they are currently remodeling my master bath. And I have plans to have them tile two more bathrooms once they're finished with my master bath. :-)

We are very pleased with the overall quality of tile service. Luis is the owner and promptly did the estimate. Armando promptly and quickly layed the tile. Very punctual, good communication and coordination, hardworking and flexible. I don't know about the cost comparison. This was the only estimate I got for this job. The price seemed fair based on past tile work we've hired, so since he was available when we needed him, I hired him straight away. This was so much better than our last tile contractor experience in every way. If we need more tile work, we will definitely call him again.

They were truely excellent and even screened off the kitchen so they wouldn't get any drywall dust into the house. They went above and beyond on the job and I would recommend them to others.

Luis was very punctual when called for a bid. He gave us a very competitive bid and when we called back the job was scheduled within a week. Luis said he would be at the house at 8:00 each morning and he was always there and ready to go to work at that time. Before going to work he always carefully petitions off the work area from the rest of the house and put down covers on the floor from the wrok area to the door. Always did a good job of clean up at days end. Master Tile Setter did all of the demo and had a plumber come in and install the tub. The plumber was not as neat and careful as Luis and his crew. Demo and tub installation ccurred on day one. On day two the tile was installed. On day three the tile was grouted and the toilet installed. On day four the plumber finished final installation of fixtures on the tub. I have used Master Tile Setter on two other occasions and he has always done an excellent job at a fair price. I highly recommend him for any tile work.n
