It was excellent. They came in, did the work, and cleaned up, and left.

They did a good job. The roof was good. I just liked the way Hall Commercial Roofing themselves did business.

They were honest and verified that there wasn't any damage with our roof. I would definitely use them again to give us an estimate.

I called Joe Hall Roofing based on Angie's List recommendations. I asked if someone would check my roof post storm to see if there was any damage. Did any roof shingles or ridge shingles need to be replaced and how much would it cost.? Brandy said there would be no charge for the estimate and someone would be out within 5 business days. I gave her the name of the shingle company, the type and color of the shingle (the roof was new in 2003). I wanted a second opinion since the company that had replaced the roof in 2003 had come out to check and said I needed shingles replaced. I thought the estimate to do the work was too high. Joe Hall's roofer came out in less than 5 days and Brandy emailed me the report stating the roof was in fine condition and nothing had to be done. I appreciated the honesty and quick response.I thanked Brandy and said I would recommend Joe Hall roofing. Overall, a very satisfying experience.

They are good roofers. The people are good. They do what they said they would do. I would use them in the future.

They did a very good job. They came out promptly when we called for an estimate. We were able to set up a time for them to come out and do the actual repair, and they came on time. We have already recommended them to other people.

They definitely stand by their work AND the work of their subs. A couple of minor issues quickly resolved by them taking responsibility and going "above and beyond" to make it right. The entire team at Joe Hall was professional, courteous and responsive.

Needed a complete roof replacement on our home of approximately 3000 sq feet. Derek came out and wrote the estimate which was emailed to me the next day. We recieved three other estimates as price is important,however, we were primarily interested in a quality job. After reading about Joe Hall Roofing on Angies List, decided to go with them. (oh yeah, their estimate was also the lowest). I met Derek at the Joe Hall Show room which was extremely benefitial as I knew nothing about roofs. Derek spent all the time that i needed to explain the process and materials that would be needed to complete the job. The crew was at my door at 0630 in the morning and worked all day in 103 degree heat. The job was completed at 1830 on the same day. When they left, you could not even tell they were there as they did a fine job of cleaning up around the house. The roof looks fantastic and the quality of the workmanship is apparent. I would definitely recommend Joe Hall Roofing.

Overall a very nice experience. The person the sent out to do the estimate was very courteous to my wife. I went to the showroom to select the type of roofing tiles and sign the contract. They were able to come out the week after the contract was signed. The day the roof was supposed to be replaced a front was scheduled to come late in the afternoon. I was concerned about rescheduling replacing the roof but they said they were sending a larger than normal crew. They showed up a 0900 in the morning and were done by 1230 in the afternoon. They had 18 people working on the roof. The foreman did the quality inspection after they were complete. When the storm hit later in the afternoon we got over an inch of rain with no leaks. Have had several more storms since and still no leaks.

Overall very professional and courteous. I did not feel that I was being up-sold products or services that I did not need. I had direct face-to-face contact with the people at their office and I was very pleased with the whole experience. They arrived at the date and time arranged, did an excellent job installing and inspecting my new roof, and cleaned up very well afterwords. I highly recomend them.

We spent a lot of time shopping for the replacement roof for our house. What was an enormous help was the time we spent in Joe Hall's showroom looking and touching all the roofing products. They were very patient with us and answered the many questions we (two engineers) asked. Once we decided on the roofing product we talked to several contractors about rotten wood replacement that needed to be done at the same time as the roof because it was the soffet and rafter beams (open soffet roof). The beams were 35+ years old and exposed to the elements. There were 35-40 beams 3" x 6" x 3' that needed to be replaced plus a dozen larger beams. We decided on Steve Ross Construction and Joe Hall made all the arrangements. Joe Hall and Steve Ross workers had to do a well coordinated dance to work with each other. As Joe Hall tore-off roof sections, Steve Ross had to be right there replacing soffet wood. We were happy NOT to have had to help organize the work or supervise it! Both companies worked really well with each other. Joe Hall employees were helpful, prompt, cleaned as they went, amd had on-site supervision a lot of the time. Our roof looks great as does the wood work!

Overall, we received the top-notch repair that we desired. The work can be expensive, but we understand that it's fairly labor-intensive. Our one main complaint is that JHR can be very slow to respond to repair requests, especially when their work picks up after a rainy spell. We feel that we spend a little too much time having to chase them with emails to get their attention.

I have used their service in the past and they are very professional and reliable.

This company is great to work with. This is the second time I have used Joe Hall Roofing and every time they have exceeded my expectations. Greg is a very skillful and knowledgeable roofer. He did the job right the first time and the price was very reasonable for the amount of work involved. I highly recommend this company for any roofing job...Joe Hall Roofing is Top Notch. I will always use them for any and all my roofing needs.

There was no additional charge for the repairs. There was ceiling damage caused by the leak and they also repaired that. Their price was average.

The work done by them was fine and they also finished the work quickly. The quality of their work was fine too, as we didn't have any problems. The price that they charged was right in line with all the research we did. They were very responsive, as they came out right away and did exactly what we asked them to do. So, I couldn't ask for anything more than that. They were punctual, as they came right on time.

They were fabulous and my mother was thrilled to death. They took over everything and did exactly what they said they would do. They were very professional and were quick. They had enough men in the crew and got the job done fast. There was no debris what so ever. Every single person was very professional and totally not disappointing at all. We could not have been more pleased. I would use him again in future.

Hector and his crew were very professional. Before they started they kept us informed of rain delays. Our house is a large Victorian with many different levels and angles. They worked 12 hour days and cleaned up at the end of each. I coudn't have asked for better workmanship.

We had a hail storm in April of last year that damaged the roof. There was an overload on roofing jobs, so we finally decided to hire them them. They came in the month of September and did the job and it took 5 days, but they did a terrific job. They were a little slow on following up and taking care of some small things. They were very professional, cooperative and worked out everything with us. The management and supervision was good and we were pleased with them.

On March 11th 2009, we had massive rain and Hall Roofing came out to temporarily patch some leaks on one of our rental homes. The cost was $350.00. After March 11th and until March 21st, I tried to have the permanent repair accomplished but I couldn?t get them to confirm a date. A leak also popped up on another rental home we own, located next door to the original leak. I asked Hall Roofing when they came out to accomplish the permanent repair could they also address the leak on the home next door. In my opinion, Hall Roofing had no interest in the second repair and made me feel like I was lucky to have the original leak being repaired before heavy rains came in again the weekend of March 21st but they would see what they could do when they came out. Hall Roofing indicated to me that they would have the permanent repair accomplished before March 21st. After multiple requests for an appointment confirmation, I finally heard from them on Friday March 20th at approx 5pm that they would be out the next morning but by this time, I had already started looking for someone else because I thought they had blown me off. The permanent repair was accomplished on Saturday March 21st for $500.00. When we asked about the repair for the property next door, the Roofer had no earthly idea what we were talking about and left after he was done with the first house. Our main residence is in need of a full roof replacement, which we would have given to Hall Roofing to accomplish if our experience was different.

Overall, the experience was very positive. We were under some time pressure due to our contract option period, and this led to frustration when responses from JHR took longer than expected. But for the most part, we felt that our request was handled professionally. I enjoyed speaking with Brett Hall, and he provided a fair, detailed estimate for the sellers to review. In the end, the sellers agreed to perform the flat roof repairs that we requested, and we feel very satisfied knowing that they will a good job by performing the work in accordance with Brett's terms.

After a recent storm with unusually heavy rain and wind, we had leaks around the chimney and a vent pipe. We have a concrete tile roof which is fairly steep and It requires someone who knows how to walk on it. When I called, I was told that they already had almost a hundred calls already. We were scheduled to be leaving on a trip so said I would call when we returned. The receptionist called back the next day and said they could have someone available the next morning which was perfect timing for us. The repairman called and arrived at exactly the appointed time. It was apparent that he was very knowledgeable and experienced. He went about his job immediately. He inspected and repaired the flashing and tile on the entire roof. I was very impressed and will be calling this company for any future roofing needs.

I have been trying to have someone replace my roof since August. I could not get many other companies to call me back. One company came out for and estimate, but after leaving the estimate, never returned another phone call. I found Joe Hall Roofing from Angie's List and within a few days was in contact with Nick Balazik and an estimate was performed promptly. Within a month I had a new roof. (most of the delay on my part). The actual replacing of the roof was completed in one day. They did an excellent job and I would highly recommend them to anyone with roofing needs.

The whole proces of replacing our roof went better than expected. From John Kramer the Estimate Guy, to Jason the On-site Manager, the whole process went well. The materials were dropped off and the work started exactly on the day scheduled. On the first day of work I received a much appreciated phone call from the Vice-president of the company asking me how I felt the work was going. They did a good job on their clean-up and they completed the work on time. We are very happy with thier work.
