Stress free. My profession involves supervision of construction contractors. I was able to take time to drop by 3 times during the work and to review it before they departed. Professional. No personnel fluent in English. Set out any "extra" work you need ahead of the estimate. Then reconfirm those extra before work starts. Also, if possible, be available during the work. Keep the same crew, but teach them some English!

I do appreciate the fact that they called me right back and left a message. But, I could not recommend them. Apparently they are only interested in higher priced jobs. There are times when we only need some small jobs done at that time. When I need a new roof, and I will in a few more years; I will not bother to call them for my roofing job.

They took photos of our roof and brought them down for us to see where the problem was. They explained everything in great detail what they were going to do and we haven't had any problems. We have already recommended them.

They cleaned up everything and we never found any nails lying around. I was very impressed with the whole organization of the entire company. They called us ahead of time, to let us know names of who was working on the roof. The guys that did the estimate were friendly and professional. Everyone had a role and did it very professionally.

Jon took the time to explain the advantages and disadvantages of wind turbines vs. power vents, and we agreed that the wind turbines would be preferable going forward. He also suggested that I add a vent in an area that had none, which I accepted. The work was done as scheduled and quality of work was terrific. No mess, no clean up on my part, and they worked fast. I will use this company again, and I will not hesitate to use them for total shingle replacement when the time comes.

There were many homes damaged during a recent storm, and although I only lost a few shingles, and the job was small I was still able to get service.

They did fine, the estimate was fine, they just had no follow up. They never called back to see if I had any questions or had made any decisions on the work to be done.

Great to deal with. Derek was very easy to work with and very patient with a couple of homeowners who had never re-roofed before. He explained everything and gave a very competitive bid. We wanted additional venting so he threw in a couple additional vent covers for the roof. Crew arrived and did the entire job except for skylight replacement in one day. They were fast, efficient, and tidy cleaning up after themselves. They returned a few days later with the skylight and cover and installed that in about 10 minutes flat. The entire process was very easy and Derek was always available when we had questions. They were highly recommended by a co-worker and we're very happy with the service and the end product. We used an Angie's List coupon and with that got the roof for almost exactly what insurance coverage was. Insurance estimate was for 20 year 3 tab shingles and we got 30 year high def shingles. Very pleased.

I was never contacted so I am looking for another company.

Very unsatisfactory. Contacted the company by their website asking for a quote, got good response and the nice salesman came right out. Told the salesman I wanted a quote for new roof and one for repairs. Waited a week, no response. Called salesman's cell and he explained he had been real busy and ill. OK, no problem. The following day, he emailed the quote for a new $7,000+ roof. Didn't get the quote for repairs. A few days later I emailed salesman with another request for quote for repairs. Three days later got an email that I would have the quote the same day. Day passed and no quote so I emailed him with "thanks but no thanks". They may do good work but I am not going to beg any company to provide complete information to make a purchase decision. I am using another company.

Excellent job and very sharp looking work. Much better than we expected. New shingles installed around each opening. They installed it all without requiring our presence. We basically never knew they were there, except for looking up and seeing the very nice work. Fast. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Good/fair price compared to others we solicited. Product colors and textures matched roof perfectly. Owners were well educated and professional.

IT WAS GOOD. JOE'S ROOFING IS A VERY PROFESSIONAL COMPANY. THE WORKERS WERE COURTEOUS AND DIDN'T WASTE ANY TIME GETTING STRAIGHT TO WORK. THEY FINISHED IN ABOUT 4 HOURS AND THE WORK WAS OUTSTANDING.

HE RESPONDED IMMEDIATELY WHEN WE NEEDED HIM. HE CAME OUT AND PERFORMED THE NECESSARY WORK TO SATISFY THE BUYERS OF OUR LAST HOME. THE REPAIRS WERE ALSO DONE VERY WELL.

I CAN RELY ON JOE HALL ROOFING TO GET THE JOB DONE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. EMPLOYEES ARE EFFICIENT AND HAVE A GOOD WORK ETHIC. WE APPRECIATED THE THOROUGH CLEAN-UP AT THE END OF THE JOB.
