Description of Work: Quick(?) Roof Leak Repair...they identified from the roof what appeared to be cause my roof leaks, took photos of the damaged areas and made the necessary repairs. | |Because of the significant amount of rain we had in early June, their initial response time was 'less than what we had hoped for' but once 'our turn' came up they were super responsive with their evaluation of the job to be done and getting the job done.

Description of Work: Very professional and efficient. Great communication throughout the process. My roof is large. Went with stone coated steel which is somewhat pricey, but was the best option given HOA limitations I had to work with.They also replaced the rain gutters at a reasonable price (included in the cost listed above). Have had a LOT of rain since the roof went on. No leaks spotted.

Description of Work: They checked my roof and said it didn't need any repairs but the flat section, they wouldn't do it.

Description of Work: They suggested that I get the chimney and masonry sealed first, since it appeared the water was coming in from the chimney and not the roof flashings thought. They went ahead and quoted the flashing repair should the chimney sealing not stop the leak.

Description of Work: They were easy to work with and always responded to me quickly. The job was not started as quickly as I would have liked but that isn't the fault of Joe Hall Roofing. The weather was not cooperating and rained ALOT during that time period. They did the repair job as soon as it was possible, I had great service and they were also less expensive than the other quotes I received.

Description of Work: Replaced the roof and gutters. These guys are great. Very professional family business. They did the job in one day and took special care of my wife's plants. I got four bids and Joe Hall was one of only two companies that recommended an impact resistant roof upgrade which costs about $2,400 more but gave me a $600 a year discount with State Farm and that's for the entire time the roof is on the house.

Description of Work: My6 roof was reviewed for repairs and quote. I did not receive a quote for repairs but I did receive a quote for a new roof - I had not real discussion regarding a new roof - however I did discuss the scope for roof repairs. Since they could not get right - there is a reasonable probability any work might not be right. And you know there was not telephone follow-up only an e-mail on the quote. - Not good.

Description of Work: I called Joe Hall Roofing to check a leak in my sister in laws roof. Daryl Hall came out and repaired a leak around a vent and checked the remainder of the roof. He did not charge her anything and was very professional. I will definitely use them again.
