Description of Work: CD BURNER DID NOT WORK. SAID THEY WOULD CHARGE $25 TO CHECK TO SEE IF IT COULD BE REPAIRED. WE WERE CALLED TWO WEEKS LATER AND TOLD WE OWED $88. THEY HAD SENT IT TO THE FACTORY WITHOUT ASKING US AND THE FACTORY COULD NOT FIX IT.
