Frazier Roofing & Guttering

Had to have them come back a couple of time to fix issues. Asked for other cost estaminets and haven't heard back from them. I did refer them to neighbor and they did use them and completed the project today 9/15. Unfortunately I still haven't heard back from the / Mike. Just saying.

Frazier was the last bid I received, and didn't seem terribly interested in doing the bid. Thankfully, I persisted, and Mike came out to do the inspection in late July. I learned later that Frazier is very busy, and that they have a one month backlog. This may have been what I picked up on in the initial phone call. Mike was very personable, and matter of fact with what he thought I needed. He actually suggested I not put gutter on one particular section, even though he knew it would get him less money. I appreciated his honesty. About a month later, I got a call informing me that they could come out in a week to do the install. I worked from home that day to keep an eye on things. Late in the day, the lead on the job asked me to take a look at a couple of things. Turns out he was showing me the (2) spots on the house where the gutter wasn't quite perfect. In on case, it wasn't flush to the eaves because the eaves were a bit off center. He explained both of the concerns very clearly, and in both cases said that the issue was aesthetic and would not impact the gutters' ability to do its job. I appreciated the time he took to explain this to me. Frazier wasn't the cheapest or the priciest, but they were good at their job and it showed.

Very pleased. They cam out and gave me an estimate. I shopped around and could not find a better price (it was close). Gave me an installation date and the crew showed up on time and got to work. Work appears to be very good and crew cleaned up after themselves. Very happy with quality of work and price.

The estimate was reasonable. The work was schedule and performed per mutual agreement. The installation team was pleasant to work with. There were several issues that arose during the course of performing the work, but the team worked thru those will little issue and professionalism. The materials and the work itself are all both excellent. Overall I thought I got a high quality job at a reasonable price.

I woke one rainy spring morning to find water dripping from my ceiling. The estimator came promptly at the time we set for the appointment. He was very professional and explained to me why my roof had leaked (popped nails) and showed me that I had hail damage that may be covered by insurance (it was). He explained to me that the leak was located at the transition between two types of roofing (standard for the house and flat roof on my garage). I had a professional estimate for roof repair and replacement in my hands prior to his leaving that day. After determining that I wanted a general contractor to manage both the interior and exterior repairs, Darrell came back promptly and amended the estimate. After selecting Frazier to do the work, I had workmen at my house within 2 days before I even had a check from my insurance company! One team replaced the standard roof on my house and detached office, another team worked the flat roof on my garage. The team replacing my garage roof found four additional layers underneath the one they pulled up that they did not expect which had to be removed prior to application of the new roof. There was no charge for this as the estimator did not catch it in his initial assessment. The teams were diligent in cleaning up after themselves. They used a magnet to sweep the yard for nails and roofing trash was hauled away that day. There was always an english speaking foreman on site to answer my questions or address my concerns. After the flat roof team repaired my garage roof I found my garage door opener was broken. Mike was responsive to my call and sent a repairman over to review and fix the issue. The flat roof team tried to repair the fascia around my garage. The job they did was unacceptable and I had to call Mike and tell him that the quality of the work was poor. Several days later, they sent some carpenters to replace the poor job on the fascia and fix the rotted soffits. They also calked some other gaps I pointed out to them around the fascia and soffits. They painted the replaced wood with paint I had. The gutter team replaced all my gutters and downspouts in a few hours. They fabricated all the gutters on the spot, attached them quickly and quietly. They did ask me if I wanted to change the positioning of any downspouts. Frazier uses subcontractors for interior repair work. Getting this scheduled was challenging and something I had to follow up on several times. The drywall repair of my ceiling went smoothly. The team removed the furniture from the room prior to repair and repainting the ceiling. The texturing of the repair matches the rest of the ceiling. The floor refinishing work was ok but not someone I would use again. I had to point out rough spots that needed smoothing. The team was quiet and clean though. This whole process took just over a month and definitely required me to be home quite a bit to manage the workmen coming and going. Overall I give Frazier an A for the roofing and guttering work. I give them a B on managing their subcontractors and timing the work for minimal disruption.

After a hail storm our wood shake roof needed to be replaced. Rich and his team gave us a great price and value for a new roof.

Frazier completed our gutter needs and then sub-contracted the work out to a company that specializes in tile roofing. They went exactly by the bid and that was the price they charged. They were punctual and professional in their work! It was good quality work! We recommend their services.

Frazier Roofing was impressive. They came out and gave a quote within a couple of days of calling requesting one. After I submitted the signed proposal they said they would come out the week of the 31st which was great, but even better they came out on the 28th and installed the gutters. They match perfectly and I'm excited for it to rain to check them out. They were very polite to work with over the phone and quick to respond via email. They left no trash or debris from, I probably wouldn't have noticed they had been here if I didn't get a call to tell me they were coming. I want to add when they sent my invoice they sent a self stamped envelope with it. Small things count and I will definitely use these guys again. Just want to add a couple of things that I've been meaning to for a while. The first rain after I got my new gutters I noticed near the porch they weren't quite flush to the house so water was cascading through. I called and within the week they were out and had it fixed no questions asked. Which was amazing! This year I referred my parents to them for some roof repairs and I got a personal call from Mr. Frazier thanking me for referring my parents to him and that is why he loves what he does. He didn't have to do that but he did. I am always happy to pass along his name to everyone in need of roofing/gutter work. HIGHLY recommend.

My husband contracted the service of this provider prior to 2008. I have been pleased with the appearance of the roof and we have had no issues.

They were timely and right on estimate. They did not try to upcharge anything. I had an issue with one of the down spouts a week later and they came that day to look at it and repair it. It also was not a charge to me. some companies would try to get additional money for returning but they did not.

Accomplished what they said and on schedule as I recall.

They even took the extra time to custom fit a drain down spout to empty into our rain barrel. Highly recommend them.
