The service is always good and they are very good company.

Frazier roofing showed up and surveyed the area and then discussed the issue with me concerning the problem and the repair required. They provided me with an estimate of repair via e-mail. I was informed that it may take several weeks since they were backed up because of the rainy October. I agreed to the timeframe and received a date via e-mail for the repair. The craftsperson completed all the work per contract and the area was clean and clutter free upon completion.

Great Steve came out and looked at my gutters and was honest and let me know that now is not the time to replace. He also gave me some tips to help me keep my gutters maintained. Thank you Steve.

They were a professional company. One of the owner's came out. They present themselves professionally. I did not know. They were probably the third people I had contacted. You always get three estimates. He was knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions. Since I had two other people out, I had probably more other questions that other people had said. He confirmed what other estimators had said, and other things he said, look I have never heard of that. You can ask someone else, I have never dealt with what the issue was at the time.They came out and did the work. It was definitely within the estimate. Let's give it a few years. I would definitely use them again.

They did not charge for the estimate. No, he got back to me with the price, or have his office assistant get back to me with the price. They did stay with the price.

Professional service and response. Price was not the cheapest but sometimes you get what you pay for.

The entire process went off without any issues. Steve, the salesman, was great to work with and educated us on different aspects of gutters. The installation crew were very friendly and professional. The office staff were always been polite and helpful. The company was wonderful to deal with.

OK. Couple of problems when they came out to hang the gutters the supplier had given them the wrong color for the gutters. After hanging the gutters they forgot to rehang the rain sensor for the sprinkler system. After a couple of phone calls they came out and finished the job.

It went well. No problems or issues. They got the job done quickly and professionally.

Great and they came later and put screens on our gutters.

Since our personal home and 2 rentals were not leaking due to relatively new roofs, we waited until the fall to complete the work. Once started, it was completed as scheduled.

Outstanding service says it all. The main roof was installed from September 7 - 9 2016. The metal roof was installed in late October. During the process several plywood panels were found to have been damaged by water leaking through the shingles and these were replaced, resealed, and new membranes were installed. We upgraded to class 4 shingles which cost extra, but reduced our home insurance by one-third the premium. Danny Durland of Frazier is to be singled out for fighting for more money from the insurance company as the inspector had missed some serious areas. Cleanup, follow-up, and final inspection were excellently done. Also, when the metal roof was removed and reinstalled, several serious wiring mistakes by the initial sun room contractor were resolved.

We used Frazier Roofing and Gutter several years ago to install gutters on our house and detached garage. Good job then. In one corner of our house, there seemed to be an excessive amount of rain water that collected there on the ground. We had them come back, install a new downspout, clean all gutters and repair an area underneath another gutter. Due to a family emergency, they could not come right away. But in a few weeks, without another call from us, they called and came the next day to do the work.

Did not respond to the website query. Via telephone, promised a callback with a time for an estimate and never called back.

I called this company TWICE and they said they would give us an estimate. I never heard from them.

Apparently, Frazier roofing only cares about large projects and does not care to keep its current customers. Each time I would call the lady who answered would say someone will call me back to get me scheduled. What kind of business doesn't have a schedule book in front of them when people call? That should have been my first red flag. I never received a call back after about four calls. I finally called the Rich's kid out on Facebook since we went to church together as teenagers. Finally I got a call back and he wanted to come out the next day. I initially agreed because who knows when I would get him to come back out, when I had a meeting I couldn't move I tried to call him back and re-schedule and haven't heard a word from him since. If you have a job that is small, they don't want your business, even if you have already used them prior. Good luck getting them to call you back. So much for "church going honest folks"

I had reached out to them about the project that I needed to have done and they sent someone out for the estimate. However, I never received any follow up even when I tried to call them to see what was going on.
