Frazier Roofing & Guttering

Description of Work: Only company to touch our roof! Used Frazier for years to repair our wood shingles. We consulted Frazier when it came to replacing the whole roof. Explained all the options so we could make a choice.

Description of Work: Removed the old roof and replaced the entire roof of a four bedroom single family home with 50 Year Owens Corning laminated shingles, installed 2 solar powered attic vents and repaired dry rotted wood around the chimney. They were prompt, courteous, finished the job on time and cleaned up all old roof shingles. |They did an outstanding job. |I would highly recommend Frazier Roofing and would certainly use them again.

Description of Work: Frazier performed some minor roof alterations, installed new steel roof, and installed gutters.

Description of Work: Replaced 2 turbines, plumbing boot, ridge cap, damaged shingles, nail pops, and damaged trim on chimney. Also painted the chimney.

Description of Work: I was quite impressed with all of their work. I also had them check the condition of our roof on May 23. 2012 as others in the neighborhood were having their roofs replaced. They were honest and told us our roof was in good shape and did not need replacement at this time. I respect this.

Over the past 22 years they have ... replaced the roofs for me on 2 (two) houses ... installed gutter caps on both sides of my current home (where trees and bushes exist) ... built a roof and installed 2 sky lights over an existing 3 sided patio ... and ... in January 2011 installed an additional 116 feet of gutter caps across the back and front of my current home. The initial gutter caps technology (installed on the sides of the house in about 1996) used metal that showed at the bottom of the roof shingles. The installation of additional gutter caps in 2011 across the front and back of the house was done with a new product that matches the shingles on the roof and makes a beautiful rolled edge look over the gutters with no metal showing ... giving the roof an absolutely beautiful finished look !!! I couldn't be happier with the appearance of the new gutter caps and will replace the old style cutter caps with the new product whenever (if ever) the old style needs replacement .... and ... of course .... I'll use Frazier Roofing to do that job too. They have always been very professional (office staff and service personnel) ... priced better than most competitors ... and have always done quality work. That is why I will also contact them to replace my current roof when necessary (a 30 year GAF Timberline roof they installed in 1994 that still doesn't need replacement or repairs after 20 years).

Description of Work: The work that was done was done incorrectly and caused damage to our house later on. I would not recommend them.

Description of Work: New roof after hail storm. I have used them since the 80's. They have always done a good job. On time, professional, always clean up after job. If there is any problem they are there to take care of it.

Description of Work: We used Frazier Roofing to install gutters on part of our home. They were responsive and prompt. Did a good job of matching the color of other existing gutters and house paint.
