Description of Work: I had them out to check the condition of our roof. Our neighbors were having theirs replaced and thought we would be wise to make sure ours was solid. They were friendly, thorough, honest and punctual. They told us our roof was in good condition but they replaced damaged shingles; Re-flashed two power vents and replaced 5 plumbing boots.

There was a small problem with a color mismatch on the downspouts that was corrected after I called. The crew had said they would be letting the office know it needed correcting but didn't.

He arrived on time, was very polite, gave me an estimate, answered my questions and told me the company would call the day before they came to install the gutters. The Frazier company called the day before the installation and told me what time they would be there. The installers arrived on time, installed the gutters, left no debris for me to clean up. I am very pleased with the gutter installation and think the price was reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend this company and will call them again if I need any futher work done.

IT THEN TOOK ABOUT A WEEK TO RECEIVE THE ESTIMATE, BUT AFTER THAT, IT WAS SMOOTH SAILING. WE COULD NOT BE HAPPIER WITH THE QUALITY OF WORK THAT WAS PERFORMED. + -1 moreWAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE PROFESSIONALISM OF EVERYONE FROM THE PEOPLE WHO TOOK MY CALL, THE PERSON WHO CAME OUT AND LEFT THE ESTIMATE, TO THE MEN WHO DID THE WORK. WAS ESPECIALLY PLEASED WITH THE FACT THAT THEY CHANGED THE DIRECTION OF THE DOWNSPOUTS IN ORDER TO KEEP THE WATER FLOWING AWAY FROM THE HOUSE. ALSO LARGER DOWNSPOUTS WERE USED AND THEY ALSO REPLACED THE DOWNSPOUT ON THE GUTTER THAT WAS NOT REPLACED WITH THE LARGER MODEL. NONE OF THIS WAS SUGGESTED WITH A PREVIOUS ESTIMATE THAT WAS FOR APPROXIMATELY THE SAME COST. AFTER COMPLETING THEIR WORK EVERYTHING WAS CLEANED UP. ALL ESTIMATES AND WORK WAS COMPLETED IN THE TIMEFRAME THAT THEY GAVE. WHEN THE INVOICE WAS MAILED TO ME IT EVEN INCLUDED A STAMPED ENVELOPE FOR MY CONVENIENCE IN MAILING MY PAYMENT. WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE.
Description of Work: HAD GUTTERING REMOVED THAT HAD BEEN DAMAGED BY A FALLING TREE. THE DAMAGED GUTTER WAS REPLACED WITH NEW GUTTERING AND DOWNSPOUTS.
