At Frazier Roofing and Guttering, our primary goal is to provide our customers with timely service and quality workmanship at a competitive price. Frazier Roofing and Guttering installs, repairs, and maintains a variety of roofing systems including residential composition shingles, commercial built–up (flat), tile, slate, and wood shingle roofing. In addition to roofing services, Frazier Roofing and Guttering also fabricates, and installs seamless aluminum gutters in O.G. (5” and 6” sizes), and straight–faced designs (5” only). 14 employees. It went well overall.
Description of Work: They replaced my entire roof and gutters. The work was done very professionally and they did exactly what they said they would do. I only have one concern. They did the work for the price the insurance company quoted and did not charge me for the $500 deductable. I tried to use the $250 coupon on Angie's List website. They would not accept the coupon saying they already took $500 off. It left a bad taste for an otherwise good job.

Total waste of my time.
Description of Work: On Monday or Tuesday I called Frazier's to schedule an appointment. I was put on hold FOUR times. Finally, it was agreed that someone would come out on anytime Wednesday and then email me an estimate. On Friday I called back to inquire about the estimate that I never received. After five minutes of being asked the same questions over and over, they determined that I was not in the system, the estimate had not been made but that they could try next week. I declined.
