They debugged the circuit which was inactive due to improper outlet/switch installation by the previous electrician in two locations. The issue was intermittent so it took two trips to get it completely resolved. They were very professional, quick, reasonably priced, and were helpful with other hints suggestions. Recommended.

Cleaned up sawdust mess. Was prompt (8:00 scheduled, 8:00 arrived).

Chris was the technician and he was very courteous, professional and prompt. He even made the suggestion as to where to put the circuit box to save me some money. I was very pleased with the service.

Received a prompt call back (within 45 minutes) from the estimator to set up a home visit to provide estimate. Appointment for estimate was a quick as my schedule allowed. He set up the repair schedule that was helpful for my schedule. On the work day, electricians were about 20 minutes late because of traffic. They worked quickly, cleaned up well. Answered all my questions and concerns. They accommodated a change in placement and the addition of another pot light. They did not increase the estimate because of this request.

The work done before (not by them) was done incorrectly so they had to fix mistakes. I think they took a long lunch break and I thought the price was a bit high, but the quality of work was excellent! I'd recommend them to anyone!

Excellent experience. I didn't have to wait long on a Saturday for him to arrive. I was notified when he would be arriving. Very punctual, professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I will use this company from now on for electrical work. If it wasn't for Angie's list, I would have been fumbling through the yellow pages trying to decide who to call. This sure saved a lot of time and frustration. Thank you.

The gentlemen who did the work were very courteous and extremely patient with our dogs. They thanked me (!) for letting them work for us.

The electrician Marty was great. He arrived on time, peroformed the work in a short period of time and while the price was a little high we were very pleased and would reccommend them and use them again.

I had Fox out to estimate some work on our home. The estimator was very nice and quite knowledgeable. They emailed a quote within the same week.

Their electricians arrived on time and installed each light fixture, replacing all the bulbs. After leaving, I was concerned that the entry way chandelier wasn't adequately supported in the ceiling. They returned at no charge to add additional support to the ceiling bracket. The electricians were very concerned about the work they performed. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

He arrived on time, was very courteous, and I particularly appreciated his advice on a separate wiring question.

I was very satisfied with this company. They were able to come out the same week I called, and arrived on time. The two technicians worked quickly but were not rushed. They took time to check that their work was done correctly. They even identified and corrected a potential fire hazard I was not aware of. They billed me less than their original estimate.

THE FINAL PRICE WAS $63.75 OVER MY PHONE ESTIMATE OF $250.00. LABOR WAS FAIR BUT THE MATERIAL COSTS WERE ON THE HIGH SIDE. SINCE THEY DID A GREAT JOB IN A TIMELY MANNER I DID NOT SAY ANYTHING ABOUT THE DIFFERENCE IN COST.

THESE GUYS WERE GREAT! THE ELECTRICIAN I HAD WAS CHRIS. HE WAS ON TIME, POLITE, AND GOT RIGHT INTO THE JOB. HE WAS HERE A DAY AND A HALF AND FINISHED EVERYTHING ON MY LIST. THEY GAVE ME A QUOTED PRICE BEFOREHAND, AND THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT THEY CHARGED ME. THE PRICE INCLUDED ALL MATERIALS AND LABOR FOR TWO PEOPLE. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK. I WILL DEFINITELY HIRE THEM IF I EVER NEED ADDITIONAL WORK PERFORMED.

I CONTACTED FOX BASED ON ANGIE'S LIST RECOMMENDATIONS. I NEEDED THE MASTER SWITCH REPLACED ON THE CIRCUIT BREAKER BOX AS THE BREAKER WOULD TRIP DURING THE HOTTEST PART OF THE DAY AND THE POWER WOULD FAIL IN MY HOME. THE FIRST CREW REPLACED, WHAT I THOUGHT, WAS THE MASTER SWITCH, UNTIL THE POWER FAILED AGAIN 3 WEEKS LATER. AFTER A SERVICE CALL FROM THE LOCAL ELECTRIC COMPANY, (FOR WHICH I WAS CHARGED $50.), I WAS TOLD THE MASTER SWITCH WAS FAILING. I AGAIN CONTACTED FOX, ANOTHER CREW CAME, REPLACED THE CORRECT SWITCH THIS TIME AND CONSIDERED IT WARRANTY WORK. THE SECOND CREW WAS APOLOGETIC FOR THE GOOF-UP OF CREW #1, WAS ON TIME, POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL.

THE 2 GENTLEMEN THAT CAME WERE ON TIME, WORKED VERY QUICKLY AND PROFESSIONALLY; THEY OBVIOUSLY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING AND WERE VERY EXPERIENCED IN THE VARIOUS TYPES OF OLD WIRING, BOXES AND RECEPTACLES THEY DISCOVERED BEHIND THE WALLS. FOR AN EXPERIENCE I DREADED, IT TURNED OUT TO BE VERY PLEASANT. THEY DID NOT WASTE TIME AND CLEANED UP BEHIND THEMSELVES. THEY HAD GOOD IDEAS TO SOLVING SOME OF MY ELECTRICAL PROBLEMS. I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO HAVE THEM AGAIN. IN FACT, NOW THAT I HAVE SEEN THEIR WORK, I WILL PROBABLY GO AHEAD AND HAVE OTHER WORK DONE THAT I MIGHT OTHERWISE HAVE PUT OFF. WHEN I CALLED TO GET INFORMATION I DESCRIBED THE WORK AND THE ESTIMATE PROVIDED OVER THE PHONE, BASED ON ESTIMATED TIME AND SUPPLIES, WAS WITHIN $5.00 OF WHAT THE ACTUAL COST WAS.

GREAT. WOULD USE THEM AGAIN IN A HEARTBEAT.

FOX ELECTRIC WAS ON TIME AND PROFESSIONAL AT ALL TIMES. I HAD MANY DIFFERENT ELECTRICIANS FROM THE COMPANY HERE OVER THE COURSE OF MY PROJECTS, AND ALL OF THEM WERE NEAT, KIND AND POLITE. I RECEIVED AN ESTIMATE FOR MY WORK EACH TIME AND THERE WERE NO SURPRISES. I HAD A MOTOR PROBLEM WITH MY HEATER AND IT WAS ATTENDED TO PROMPTLY.
