The service person, who's name was Will W., called to let us know when he would be there. He was gracious, friendly, and professional. After I explained the problem he assessed the issue correctly. It was a faulty GFCI. He replaced it and the same problem occurred. The one he replaced it with was also faulty. So, he installed another and fixed the issue.

Technician was professional, on time and courtesy. I had told him on the phone that I just needed a breaker. He showed up and confirmed that was the problem and swapped it out. Entire job took less than 2 minutes. Writing up the ticket actually too more time than the job. Was charged $8 for the part and $112 for labor!

I was planning on using another contractor for this project initially. Someone verbally referred me to this other person. I spoke to him over the phone and he quoted me a price of $400-$600. When he was late for our scheduled appointment, I gave him a call. He stated he was sorry for being late. His current assignment was running longer than he anticipated and he promised he would come by after he was done. He never did come by, but he did called --- TWO days later! Needless to say, I didn't answer. I got on Angie's List and boy was I glad I did. Kurt and his helper from Fox Electric came out the day after I called. They came out at the scheduled time, were extremely polite, did a great job and I was only charged $220 for the above project I needed. This reinforced to me to continue to use my Angie's List. I've used several other contractors on their list and have never had a problem.

Our front porch light went out and, after checking the obvious, we called Fox after researching electricians on Angie's List. We got an appointment in less than 2 days, and Dayn arrived first thing in the morning. It didn't take him long to figure out the problem - a radiating heater we use for our dogs had fried one of our outlets (or something like that - my boyfriend did most of the conversing with Dayn). He had it repaired in no time and the bill was far less than we expected. Dayn answered all of our questions, even those not related to the immediate problem. I'd definitely recommend them.

I got them through word of mouth. They're very quick and very friendly. I would definitely use them again. It was great. They let us know what was going on, how much it was going to cost and what they had to do. There were no surprises. It turned out okay. I got lights.

The electrician was awesome. He called ahead to let me know he was on his way, verified my address. When it came to installing the switches, the studs were out of sync, but a separate type switch was available to accommodate our request. I got a couple of different bids, one from a guy who does side-jobs, and Fox Elec. out priced them all and did a fabulous job!

We have used Fox in past years and had them out to do a big job. They came in on estimate and James and his assistant work extremely hard for 2 days getting everything done. They were punctual, knowledgeable, trustworthy and informative. We have a minor aesthetic issue as part of one aspect of the job but they can back out to work with HVAC company to make it right. They did a great job and according to my research the right way and at a fair price. We highly recommend Fox and will be calling them again soon to do more work that we need done. Thank you.

The guy that came from Fox Electric Ltd had an attitude and he was really rude. He didn't want to move the stuff around. The price was okay.

I had my Home Inspection scheduled for 8:30 AM. Danny came out early at 7:30 AM and fixed the inoperable pool light. He changed out the rusted parts inside the switch. He left by 8:15 AM, before the Home Inspection took place. This allowed an issue to not appear on an Inspection Report. I appreciate Danny and Fox Electric coming out so early!

In preparation to install a new garage door opener, I needed the wiring updated. The electricians arrived on time and completed the work quickly and appropriately. Will use again.

Fox electric installed the electrical in our home when we had it built 7 years ago and I couldn't be happier. Two young guys came out and even though our job wasn't a big job they were very gracious about it. My husband and I have bad luck with florescent light fixtures and we burned the new bulbs only because we didn't put them in correctly. They did have to replace a ballast for one fixture. Know how good they are makes me happy that our builder used them for our whole home. They came out within 2 days of my call (they may have come sooner can't recall if it was because I was working). Punctual and very quick. I will continue to use them in the future!

He wasn't here for more than five minutes and figured out what the problem was and within 15 minutes he had everything fixed. I was very pleased with how this went. He was friendly, courteous, and professional.

This was a difficult project -- to find the shorted wire and then replace it without destroying a wall. It was all done within a few hours. I live in a different city, but was kept fully informed by telephone each step of the way. The good work probably saved a worse problem later on. I was impressed with the service and the reasonable charges.

We have used them a lot and they are one of the companies that say they would be here and really would be here. We used them a week or two ago for something else but they came out as promised, on time, and they did the work. The price was reasonable. It was fifteen minutes worth of work but they had to do some wiring and all that jazz. This is a new house we bought and we are under contract for eighteen months and this is the company that our builder uses so they came out at no charge for the doorbell, and I was very impressed. They did what they said they were going to do and were neat and it was great. I mean they replaced the entire doorbell for no charge. They call thirty minutes from the time they say they would be here and they were here on time.

They are just always professional. They seem very honest, and their prices are very reasonable. I have always been pleased with them.

It went great. The two gentlemen arrived were friendly and informative, walked thru the house looking, fixing and answered our questions. We talked about wiring for a tankless waterheat etc.

Because this was handled through our home insurance and Mr Restore company I wont know how much the charge for adding two new plugs in our kitchen turned out to be. Anything over 200.00 would definately be too much! The company was to be here at 930 am. They finally arrived at 1pm. Two hours later he was finally finished and was walking out the door when i saw him and had to ask if he was complete or if there were any instructions I needed to let our contracter know. He then told me the notes he needed to. I have no idea what I would have done if I hadnt seen him escaping! Other than the issues above he worked non stop until it was completed so i dont think the time was the actual repair persons issue, I believe it was mis communication between his company he as to what was to be expected.

The work took a couple of days. They were trying to track down why my dryer wouldn't run. The wires had melted into the breaker.

I told them to put something somewhere where it shouldn't have gone. They actually came back free of charge and moved it to where it should be. I have hired them back several times since them. They are very maticulous, personable, and clean. There was not a speck of dust after they were finished drilling holes. I am very happy with their services.

I called Fox on the morning of the 10th asking for someone to come check an ungrounded outlet and ground it. I was told they had appointments the next week Monday-Friday. I asked him if there was any way that someone could come out that day, because there was actually a small fire during the installation of my new dryer the evening before. He said that they would try to squeeze us in. Sure enough, about 11A someone pulls up! He checked the anit-oxident gel on the breaker box and also checked the plug. Turns out that the plug was not the problem. The wiring on the dryer was the problem. He wired the dryer correctly and checked the rest of our outlets for ground to ease our minds. He also took some time when he was finished to give us some advice on first time homeownership.

Great experience -- they arrived on time (since some of the work was in the attic -- during our Texas hot spell of weather) we scheduled the work early in the day. Had two electricians -- they brought everything needed to complete the job -- completed the work in about 1.5 hours. Excellent work. The total cost was below the original estimate. I will use them again -- Great company.
