Description of Work: Yard arriation was contracted and communications were excellent and timely. The two young workers missed a very important part of the yard which I discovered just after they drove off, so I went inside and called the company and they sent them back immediately. The workers need to be more thorough. I noticed the truck was in great shape if not new, and signage on the truck was excellent. The workers were in uniform which I liked. I definitely would call them for other work.

Description of Work: I bought the package deal. I got an e-mail from the company around the 21st of February, telling me that they would schedule me. If that didn't work, they could change it. I could have told them at the beginning what would work. So they scheduled me for the 13th of March. I got that e-mail on the 1st of March. I called on the 11th or 12th of March to change the date. It was changed to the 25th of March. They told me they couldn't narrow down the time until it got closer to the 25th. By the 22nd of March, I hadn't heard from them. I called the office. A gentleman answered the phone. He told me the person that I needed to talk to was in the field. He would give him the message that I called and it would be about an hour before he could call me back, That was approximately between 1 and 2 pm. I got a call from someone around 630 to 700PM. I called the office on the 23 of March to cancel the deal. I also called Angie's List on Friday 22 Mar to start the paperwork for my refund. I was working too hard to get an appointment that worked for me. I decided not to take the chance to have the work done. I never had any work done. This report is about communication.

Description of Work: I paid to have my yard aerated. They aerated the front, but were unable to get their equipment into my back yard, so the service was not completed. I have a standard wrought iron gate and was not aware I needed anything larger. I know there are manual aeration tools that would fit through my gate, but this was not offered. The technician said he would tell the owner and they would be in touch w/ me. It has been over two weeks and I have not heard from the company, therefore I would not recommend using them unless you have a double wide gate.
