Description of Work: This was my first experience having my yard aerated. The man who did the work made multiple passes over the yard and did not cut corners.

Description of Work: Carlo is very professional and responded quickly to our request for design. He presented a very attractive view of our backyard, however the price was more than we had planned on at this time. Once we decide to proceed further, I will follow up with Carlo with possibilities to reduce the design and cost a bit.

Description of Work: I called to schedule someone come out to give me an estimate for yard work. The initial contact was quick and responsive; however I did not actually receive a call for several days. Upon speaking to the gentlemen, he could not work with my schedule to come by and give me an estimate. I requested anytime the following Friday which was 3-4 days away but he said he was unable to come that day. He did not offer any other alternatives. While I understand we are all busy and schedules might be hard to match up, I didn't get the impression that he was wanting the business very much. Perhaps they are used to larger jobs and didn't want to waste their time on a smaller one.

Description of Work: Carlo and his assistance arrived promptly. They asked what I want done in the yard and made some suggestions. I look forward to seeing their plans. I would definitely recommend them to others.

Description of Work: Nothing, they never showed up. Every time I called, they would give me another ETA. They were rude, called me a liar, called my wife a liar. I really do not believe they ever intended to show. We waited 5 hours for them, we were told 3 different ETA's. The GM finally yelled at us and told us to get a refund. They did not want to do business with "people like us"!

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal for lawn aeration. When I called to schedule the appointment, they said that I did not need to be here when they completed the work. I looked to see if there were any holes in my yard from the aeration and I did not see any. I called to confirm that they did come to do the work and they explained that they had completed the job. Aeration is supposed to improve the way that the grass absorbs nutrients and water. We cannot tell the difference between before and after the aeration. I would recommend to others to make sure you are home when they do the work so that you can make sure that it is done.

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal for 3 fertilizer and weed treatments. |All went well, they leave a flag on the lawn after treatment if you are not home. Our lawn showed improvement and I purchased another series of 3 treatments last fall.

Description of Work: Baldi Gardens applied a set amount of mulch, which was offered on Angie's List, to areas in my yard. The last area they did, they ran out of mulch before the area was done so 2/3 of my new bushes on the south side of my house had mulch and the other third did not. The workers left without asking me if I'd like to purchase more mulch to finish that area. That disappointed me. I felt that they should have discussed what I would like them to do before they took off.

Description of Work: I was pleased with their service months ago and bought another offer from them. Second time around, they did not use dates I recommended, and then due to weather they were later servicing the lawn treatments which should have already been completed by today, still waiting for the fertilizer which is important to fertilize by this date. Therefore, I can not judge their service as excellent, but hopefully it all works when they do complete the final treatment. If the treatments work, I would use them again.
