Description of Work: Very poorly done. Ruined my beautiful yard. Baldi said not his fault but neighbor's yard and my yard in same condition before treatment. Clear line of destruction between my yard and neighbor's yard after treatment. Called Baldi to complain and he told me he had done nothing wrong but refused to come and view the yard. Said I could pay to have the soil tested and send him results. I wouldn't use this company again. Performed poorly and absolutely poor customer relations.

Description of Work: The arrogation was done only in front yard not in the back of the house. I left the gate unlock for the person that was coming after I went to work. That was disappointing. | |

Description of Work: They fertilized and aerated up to 11,000 square feet of yard. It went fine except for Mother Nature blowing her wind. We had to reschedule several times and they notified me each time there was a delay.

Description of Work: It was an Angie's special for lawn aeration. They showed up on time, but when I went to check on their progress 10 minutes later, they were gone without having told me they were done so I could see their work. There was minimal evidence anything had occurred. The price would have been worth it had they put more into it.

Description of Work: This was a 3 part application to lawns at both my properties which were applied several months apart (thus the long delay in posting a review). Yards are looking good

Description of Work: Using their landscaping plan, workers planted shrubs and flowers totally consistent with the plan. |My only disappointment was that I never spoke with anyone on the care, watering, etc. of the new plants. |The workers TOTALLY cleaned up the work area, and surrounding area.

Description of Work: They stayed in touch to let me know when they would be coming to aerate my lawn and let me know when they had performed the service. They confirmed a date and said I didn't need to be here. They performed the work, and I was very pleased. Great transaction. Would definitely use them, again.

Description of Work: They aerated the yard. They marked the sprinkler heads and there was no damage.

Description of Work: Arrived on time and on date expected; even helped me move a small pile of trash I'd collected in expectation of their arrival, which was a really helpful thing to me because my children had let me down having done so. My lawn is already looking better for the aeration, and I plan to look into using their other lawn services.
