Serving DFW since 1993, Baldi Gardens is a family owned, family operated company that takes pride in providing quality landscape service. Our small team of under 20 employees will work hard to ensure your landscape dreams can become reality. We possess the industry knowledge necessary to ensure a professionally managed, quality result every time. Subcontractors used only for irrigation, outdoor lighting, carpentry and stump grinding. This customer needs to contact us or another company to get on a yearly lawn care program. Purchasing 2 or 3 discounted treatments from Angie's List is not a long term solution and no one should expect to have a perfect, green, weed free lawn right away. The treatment we did was fertilizer and post-emergent weed control. That would only have treated the weeds that were already out but would have done nothing to future weeds that came our later. This customer needs to get on a regular schedule of pre-emergent (the most important treatment) that would ensure that most new weeds would not germinate or sprout.

Description of Work: There were minor issues with scheduling. Weather seems to have been the main cause though. | |The job itself was well done. | |We've aerated our yard before and $60 was a bargain. I would recommend Baldi Gardens to others, and will use them in the future.

Description of Work: I bought a coupon off Angie's List for three treatments. Setting up an appointment was difficult, but once things were scheduled it was ok. I asked the gentlemen that arrived on site to make sure someone calls me before the next service in order to ensure I am home. We have a driveway gate that needs to be opened. I received an e-mail for the next appointment in the future, and the last appointment the guy just showed up and luckily I was teleworking that day. All in all, the service was average.

Our most sincere apologies to this customer for the confusion in communicating with him. It is sometimes difficult to make phone calls prior to each treatment as we generally sell close to 100 of them each time. Also, with all the rescheduling due to the weather, etc. it does become difficult to keep track of who needs to be called instead of emailed and who's already been emailed. We will definitely try harder should this customer purchase another Big Deal from us.

I had no one show up.
Description of Work: I was contacted by the Carlo to set an appointment for an estimate for Monday, July 14, at 2 pm. That day, the provider contacted me and left a voice mail stating that he could not make the appointment and if I wanted to reschedule for Tuesday, he was available all day. I left a voice mail that 2 pm on Tuesday would be fine. He did not come.

This customer knew exactly what day we were coming and an approximate time. He should have already known that his pile of brush, trash and old fencing would prevent us from entering the backyard (it was right in front of the gate). Unfortunately my technician was not able to stay there and wait for 10-15 minutes for the customer to move the debris so we could do the back, he had ample time to do that beforehand. Still, we would like to apologize to this customer for our technician not at least letting him know before he left.

Description of Work: Baldi Gardens special for lawn aeration and pretreat with pesticide. They called me when services were running late due to rains but did inform me of potential times they would do the work. I didn't have to be at home- and the work was completed as expected. I am happy with their services- and I will use this company again- especially aeration services as my lawn is doing much better this year. Thank you guys for the service.

Description of Work: This deal is for three applications of fertilizer and weed control. We have only had the first of three applications performed at this writing. First round went fine.
